| 中文摘要: | 伴随着全球化竞争的加剧,金融环境的恶化,主要依赖于出口贸易的中国制造业处境艰难,为了获取持续的竞争优势,中国必须进行产业结构的升级,尽早转变依赖于廉价劳动力和资源换取微薄利润的尴尬地位。电子商务为社会带来了颠覆性的变革。伴随着互联网技术、信息技术等新兴学科的蓬勃发展,电子商务因其更加经济、传播性更广泛、效率更高等特征,成为了社会发展中一只挑战传统商业模式的重要力量。国际电子商务融合了外向型出口经济和电子商务的各种特征,而产生的一种新型商业模式。 国际电子商务由于其过程的长期性和复杂性充满变数。这种市场需求变化而带来的不确定性为企业带来了各种各样的麻烦,这就要求企业必须以更加开放、更加宏观地角度去管理企业内部,以及上下游的关系。这就是供应链管理。供应链管理将链条上的各个环节视为一个共同体,以长期的战略合作关系代替短期竞争关系,整体地去优化供应链的绩效,降低成本、提高效率、改善顾客满意度,从而形成核心竞争力。 本文首先介绍了LM企业的企业现状和内部要素,同时对LM的现有业务模式进行了各个角度的分析,并以LM公司的实际经营情况为背景,归纳出目前的三种业务模型,以及对应的结构特征和具体的要求。接下来,本文通过对企业的SWOT分析找出需要改善和提高的环节,重新提炼归纳了关键问题,也为接下来的内容做出了铺垫。实现并解决这些具体要求的办法就是供应链管理针对关键问题做出的策略。然后本文据此形成了公司统一的供应链管理思想,即公司层供应链管理策略。那就是以信息化管理为基础,对不同属性的产品和服务的供应商建立共赢、互利的战略合作关系,并以供应链整体绩效优先为原则,坚决地将非核心的部分业务外包出去。并分别介绍LM在信息化建设、供应商管理、外包管理等三个方面做出的管理策略。这部分既是公司层的战略,也可以看做是业务层管理策略实现的基础和前提。最后,本文根据上述归纳的业务模型以及宏观的战略指导思想,一一讨论了包括选择适合业务需求的合作伙伴;改善与供应商合作的模式、深度;改善数据分析和传递的效率等等。这些内容是LM企业就业务层的供应链管理策略。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China's manufacturing industry that mainly relies on export trade, are dangerous along with the intensification of global competition and the financial deterioration of the environment. In order to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage, China has to upgrade its industrial structure. It can help china change the situation of rely on cheap labor and resources in exchange for little profits. E-commerce is revolution for the community. Along with the vigorous development of the emerging discipline of Internet technology, e-commerce because of its more economical, and dissemination of a broader, more efficient feature has become an important force who challenges the traditional business model. The international e-commerce is integration of the various features of export-oriented economy and e-commerce, arising from a new business model. International e-commerce due to its the long-term and complex nature of the process fill with variables. The market demand uncertainty has brought all sorts of troubles, which requires companies to manage enterprise as well as upstream and downstream relationships, in a more open and macro perspective. This is supply chain management. SCM consider all roles of a supply chain as an overall union. Enterprise need to take long-term strategic instead of short-term competition between companies to optimize the overall supply chain performance, reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, thereby forming the core competitiveness. This paper first introduces company LM's internal environment and core resources, then describe the existing business models of the LM analysis by different aspects, and to the LM company's actual operating conditions, summed up the current three business models, as well as the corresponding structural features and specific requirements. Next, the paper by enterprises SWOT analysis to identify the need to improve and enhance the links, refined summarized the key issues, and also pave the way for the following comment. the way to achieve these specific requirements of key issues is supply chain management optimization strategy. Then according to the above-summarized business model, one by one discussed including the selection of partners for business needs; improvement of the mode and depth of cooperation with suppliers; improvement efficiency of data analysis and passing. All of those are LM enterprise supply chain optimization strategies on the business layer. Finally the total rule unified company A's supply chain management tactics, that enterprise should take information management as first priority, manage all suppliers' relationships by the strategy perspective, meanwhile, enterprise should decisively outsource all non-core business. And it introduced the LM optimization strategies to make the three aspects of information construction, vendor management, outsourcing management. This part is not only an company’s layer of LM’s SCM optimization strategies, but also the basis and premise of the business layer optimization strategies to achieve. | |
