| 中文摘要: | 当今社会经济形势错综复杂,前景扑朔迷离。企业面临着越来越激烈的竞争环境。这样的竞争环境既给企业提出了挑战,又给企业带来了机遇。在这样的大背景下,人力资源管理越来越受到企业的重视。作为人力资源管理的重要模块之一的培训也不再被看成一项可有可无的工作,企业开始思考培训工作的重要性,它给企业带来的积极的意义。亚实履带公司是卡特彼勒集团在天津兴建的第一家工厂,至今已有13年的历史了。随着最近两年工程机械行业的萎缩和企业战略的调整,公司原有的培训体系存在着严重的缺失,它已经没有办法帮助企业适应内外部环境的改变。因此,根据公司实际情况,对现有的培训体系进行分析和优化。优化后的员工培训体系才能真正发挥其作用,帮助企业培养出高素质的人才,最终在激烈的市场竞争中占有优势地位。这些正是本文所要研究和解决的根本问题。本论文从亚实履带公司培训工作的实际出发,以科学的培训理论为指导,先后采用了访谈法、问卷调查法、数据统计等方法,对目前的培训体系的现状进行合理的分析,并指出在培训体系中存在的七个问题。结合公司的实际情况和内外部环境现状,对培训需求分析阶段、培训实施阶段、培训评估阶段和培训改进阶段进行了逐一优化方案设计。还从保障制度方面提出了要求,确保培训体系能够持续健康的运转。本论文的所有优化设计都是基于亚实履带公司人力资源状况分析的基础上提出的方案,理论与实践相结合,具有很强的操作性。真正能够指导员工培训工作的开展,为企业培养优秀的人才,为企业在市场竞争中取得优势地位“加足砝码”,实现企业和员工“共赢”的局面。对卡特彼勒在天津投资建设的其他工厂开展培训工作,具有一定的指导意义和借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The economic situation in current society is so complicated and unclear. Enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competitive environment. This competitive environment brings up the challenges and provides the chances to the enterprises. In this background, human resource management will become more and more important in enterprises. Training as an important module of human resource management is considered to be an essential working. The enterprises start thinking about the importance of the training, positive meaning that it brings to the enterprise. The AsiaTrak is the first plant, which is built in Tianjin by Caterpillar. It has been more than 13 years of history. With the adjustment of the last two years, the shrinking of the construction machinery industry and corporate strategy, the original training system has the serious problem and gap. It has no way to help enterprises to adapt to the internal and external environment. Therefore, in accordance with the actual situation, we need to do the analysis and optimization of the existing training system. Optimized training system can really play its role in helping enterprises to cultivate high-quality employees, and occupy a dominant position in the fierce market competition finally. Precisely this paper is to study and solve the underlying problem. This paper starts from the actual training work of AsiaTrak. With the instruction of scientific training theory, this paper uses many different kinds of methods to analyze the current status of training system, and then point out seven problems existed in training system. This paper makes optimized design of each phase of training system based on actual status and internal and external environment. This paper also provides requirements to ensure that the training system can continue to run healthy. All optimized design in this paper are based on the proposal on the basis of the analysis of the AsiaTrak Human Resource. They are strong operational. Really be able to guide training work to cultivate the best people for the enterprise. They can obtain a dominant position in the market competition for the enterprises. And then enterprises and employees will get " win-win "situation. This paper has certain guiding significance for other plants, which are built in Tianjin. | |
