中文摘要:在知识经济的大背景下,中国面临着从制造型大国向创新型大国转变的机遇和挑战。世界经济一体化和服务全球化,使得创新成为企业乃至国家在激烈竞争的市场环境中生存和发展的关键。在积极参与创新的各类企业和实体中,数量不菲的外资研发中心是一股不容忽视的力量。和传统的企业类似,一些外资研发中心的组织结构和管理模式已经落后于创新的需要,迫切需要进行调整和改变。而项目导向型组织结构的构建和实施正是在这种背景下提出的。本文首先回顾了组织、组织结构、项目导向型组织以及组织变革等相关理论,为外资研发中心项目导向型组织结构的构建提供了理论基础。在此基础上,本文进一步分析了外资研发中心在中国的发展历程,以及其所具有的独特性,并且从多个方面阐述了外资研发中心建设项目导向型组织结构的必要性。同时分别从组织环境、组织战略、组织规模、组织技术以及组织生命周期等方面分析了组织结构的影响因素。本文根据外资研发中心建立项目导向型组织结构的目标和原则,参考国内外的项目导向型组织理论,提出了适合外资研发中心特色的兼顾日常运营和项目管理的项目导向型二元化组织结构模型,并进一步分析了该模型的特点和功能,以及其构建的具体实施步骤和相应的保障措施。最后,本文结合霍尼韦尔ECC天津研发中心的实例,将理论和实际相结合,进一步从事实上阐述了外资研发中心建立项目导向型二元化组织结构的可行性,其按照模型建立的项目导向型组织结构,以及具体的组织变革的实施步骤和相应的保障措施。为外资研发中心构建项目导向型组织结构提供了有益的借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:In the context of the knowledge-based economy, China is facing opportunities and challenges of the transition from a manufacturing country to innovative country. Integration and globalization of the world economy, innovation has become the key to survival and development of enterprises and even countries in the highly competitive market environment. Actively involved in innovation of all kinds of enterprises and entities, the large numbers of foreign R & D center is a force to be reckoned with. Some foreign R & D centers are similar to the traditional enterprise, organizational structure and management model has been lagging behind the need for innovation, there are urgent needs to organization structure adjust and change. The construction and implementation of the project-oriented organizational structure is in this context. This thesis first reviews the organization, organizational structure, project-oriented organizations, as well as organizational change theory, provides a theoretical basis for the foreign-funded research and development center project oriented structures. On this basis, further analysis of the course of development of foreign-funded R & D centers in China, and the uniqueness, and expounded the necessity of foreign R & D center construction project-oriented organizational structure from multiple aspects. From the organizational environment, organizational strategy, organizational size, organizational technical, and organizational life cycle analysis the organizational structure of the influencing factors. According to the foreign R & D centers to establish the goals and principles of the project-oriented organization structure, reference to domestic and international project-oriented organization theory, proposed dual structure model for foreign R & D centers featuring both day-to-day operations and project management in project oriented organization, and further analysis of the features and functionality of the model, as well as build the concrete implementation steps and appropriate safeguards. Finally, the illustration of Honeywell ECC instance of the R & D center in Tianjin, the combination of theory and practice, further explained from the fact foreign R & D centers to establish the feasibility of the project-oriented dual organizational structure, in accordance with the model established project oriented organizational structure, and the concrete organizational change implementation steps and corresponding safeguards. Provide a useful reference for the foreign-funded R & D center to build a project-oriented organizational structure.
