| 中文摘要: | 随着经济全球化的步伐进一步加快,企业之间的竞争由于多变的市场和复杂的管理方式也越发激烈起来,企业也逐渐认识到单独依靠内部的管理和资源是无法有效在竞争中获得持续的竞争优势的。管理咨询公司的出现,正解决了企业这方面的需求,但是由于管理咨询项目是聘请外部的管理专家对企业内部的问题进行诊断,而企业如同每个人一样,有着独特的文化、个性以及成长阶段,这样就造成了管理咨询项目独有的风险。如何有效地管理风险和降低风险是项目成功的保证,而风险识别又是项目风险管理中的第一步,也是最重要的一步。因此,有效的风险识别和应对措施是企业能够使项目顺利进行并且实现企业预期目标的必要保证。 成立于1992年的CF集团在天津地区和中国食品添加剂行业内享有很高的声誉,但是由于自身的管理问题和外部环境的变化,CF集团原有的管理模式和运营模式已经无法满足企业现阶段的发展和竞争要求,集团董事会通过会议决定了公司“大战略、大市场、大客户”的战略方向,并且采用引入管理咨询公司的方式来帮助公司实现其战略目标。本论文以CF集团的营销管理咨询项目为研究对象,通过引入企业正在进行的实际案例,并结合我国民营企业现阶段在管理方面所存在的问题,对其咨询项目从风险识别的方向进行了深入的研究,并提出相应的应对措施,为CF集团营销管理咨询项目后续阶段的顺利进行提供了有力的保障。 本文旨在通过对CF集团营销管理咨询项目的研究,为CF集团咨询项目的顺利进行提供了理论依据;也为中国的其他民营企业在进行管理咨询项目的时候提供了借鉴;同时为国内外的管理咨询公司能够更清晰地了解中国民营企业所存在的问题提供了参考。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the pace of economic globalization further accelerate, competition between enterprises become more and more acute, due to the market environment changing and complex management model. At the same time, enterprises also come to realize that cannot obtain sustainable competitive advantage effectively just relying on internal management and resources by themselves. The emergence of management consulting firm, to provide enterprises with this demand, but because of the management consulting project is hire management experts from outside of the enterprise to diagnose the internal problems, the enterprise as everyone has a unique culture, personality and growth experience, it has caused a unique risk in management consulting projects. How to manage risk and reduce risk effectively are guarantee of the project successfully, risk identification is the first step in the project risk management, also the most important step. Therefore, effective risk identification and risk response measure are necessary to ensure consulting project proceed smoothly and achieve the target of the enterprise. The CF Group was established in 1992, it has enjoyed high reputation in Tianjin and the food additives industry of the China. However, the original management model and operation mode of the CF Group have not met the requirements of the development and competitive of the company at this stage, because of management problem by itself and the changing of the external environments. The Group Board of Directors determines the strategic direction of the “grand strategy, big market, big customers” through meeting, and help the company achieve its strategic objectives by introduce management consulting firm. This thesis take marketing management consulting project of the CF Group for research object, through the introduction of the actual case, and combine with the problem in the management of the China’s private enterprises at present, make depth study from the direction of risk identification on the management consulting project, and put forward the corresponding measures, provide a strong guarantee for the CF Group marketing and management consulting project follow-up phase proceed smoothly. This thesis aims to through CF Group marketing management consulting project, providing a theoretical basis for the next step proceeding smoothly; also provide reference for other private enterprises conducting similar project; meanwhile, it will provide a reference to domestic and abroad management consulting companies, make their clearer understand of the problems that exist in Chinese private enterprises. | |
