| 中文摘要: | 医药行业因涉及国民健康、社会稳定和经济发展,与人类的健康及生活质量息息相关而具有了特殊性,是世界公认的最有发展前景的高技术、高投入、高收益、国际化的竞争型产业。本文即以天津华药医药有限公司这一医药行业中的中小外贸型医药商业公司为案例进行竞争战略研究,运用波特的竞争战略理论和企业战略的资源能力理论,借助波特的五力模型,价值链分析,资源和能力分析,PEST和SWOT等工具,对华药所处环境中的机会和不利因素,及自身所拥有的优势和劣势进行了分析。在此基础上,选定华药公司的竞争战略,并基于该竞争战略对华药的价值链构建和战略资源与核心能力的识别与提升给出了具体建议。 本文主要分为五部分:第一部分,给出本文选题的意义和背景,并介绍了本文主要的研究方法和研究框架;第二部分,就本文在研究过程中所涉及到的相关理论进行概括性的介绍;第三部分,对医药进出口的宏观环境及产业环境,已及华药公司自身的内部环境进行分析研究;第四部分,通过分析华药目前面对的机会和威胁及自身拥有的优势和劣势,给出华药选择广泛差异化战略的必要性;第五部分,基于该竞争战略,对华药价值链构建和战略资源、核心能力的识别与提升给出相应的对策。 通过本文的分析和研究,借助理论分析和论证对天津华药医药有限公司的竞争战略和企业运营管理进行审视和剖析,希望能够为华药公司的战略实施和长远发展起到一定的参考和借鉴作用,从而不断提升华药公司的竞争力。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With its close and tight relationships with national health, social stability and economic growth, pharmaceutical industry, has universally been recognizedas one of the most internationalized, prosperous industries with high technology, investment and yield. This thesis concentrates on the analyzing its self-advantage-and-disadvantage based on the opportunity and threat from market environment where Tianjin Huayao Pharma Co., Ltd, a small pharmaceutical business firm exists, by conducting researches of competitive strategy, through Porter's five-force model, value chain analysis, strategic resources and core competence analysis, PEST, SWOT and other tools. Here specific suggestions will be provided centering on perceptions and promotions for Huayao’s value chain construction and strategic resources and core competence as well. This article contains five parts. For part I, research methods and framework of this paper will be briefly presented, as well as the conception and background; part II, general introductions for the theories involved will be given; part III focuses on analytical researches on macro and competition structure of pharmaceutical imports and exports and Huayao’s inner environment; part IV stresses on the necessities of selecting wide differentiation strategy by probing the opportunities and threats Huayao faced and its own strengths and weakness; and corresponding strategies for Huayao’s value chain construction and the perceptions of strategic resources and core competence will be given in part V. Under the circumstances of theoretical analysis and proof of specific strategies, I expect to find out Tianjin Huayao’s main problems of strategic positioning and operating management throughout analysis and discussion. Opinions and strategies in this thesis could, hopefully, provide some reference for Huayao’s strategic implementation and long-term development. Wish Huayao’s competitiveness can continuously improve itself. | |
