中文摘要:摘要中国庞大的国内市场以及相对廉价的劳动力成本,吸引了越来越多的外资企业看好中国市场,纷纷投资中国。但是近年来随着中国经济的高速发展,我国的劳动力成本优势正在削弱,经济的持续发展已经不能再依靠压低劳动力成本和以土地换资金,以空间求发展模式。中国的经济想要继续蓬勃发展只有在提高工人的劳动生产率、提升企业的运营效率上下功夫。越来越多的企业将目光转向了精益生产。本文较为详细地介绍了津伦(天津)精密机械股份有限公司实施精益生产的情况,结合精益生产理论,分析了津伦公司精益生产活动的方式与方法,通过全面质量管理、5S管理、单元式生产、流程改进等手段,不断优化整合公司的价值流和信息流,为客户创造更多价值。文章通过理论研究结合实际观察的方法,对比了企业开展精益生产前后的生产状况,总结了现阶段精益生产活动的效果,从而为津伦公司进一步开展精益生产提出了合理化建议。同时,也为今后相关企业实施精益生产提供了参考。对于未来的研究,应该站在更高的角度,本着从整体到局部的顺序系统化地进行。在生产部门的角度,通过改进流程、消除库存、提高生产率有效降低成本;在企业角度,构造从计划、采购、研发、生产到销售一体化的供应链,实现企业利润最大化;在整个行业的角度,与供应商、客户实现资源共享,协同规划,将精益生产与精益物流结合起来,形成精益的价值链,实现价值最大化。 关键词:精益生产 现场改善 单元生产 
英文摘要:Abstract China's huge domestic market and relatively cheap labor costs attract more and more foreign companies are optimistic about the Chinese market, have invested in China. However, in recent years, as China's rapid economic development, China's labor cost advantage is being eroded, can no longer rely on the continued development of the economy to drive down labor costs and funding of land for to space development mode. If China's economy wants to continue to flourish, it only make efforts to improve labor productivity, and improve the operational efficiency of enterprises. More and more companies turned to lean production. This thesis made a more detailed description of the lean production in Jinlun (Tianjin) Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. The thesis combined lean production theory, analyzed of the ways and means of the Jinlun company lean production activities, including total quality management, 5S management, unit production, process improvement, etc., and constantly optimized the integration of the value of the company and information flow, and create more value for our customers. It combined with actual observed through theoretical study, comparing the situation before and after the production enterprises to develop lean production, summed up the effect of this stage of lean production activities, so as to the Tianjin Fallon further develop lean manufacturing rationalization proposals. At the same time, the thesis also provided a reference for the future implementation of lean production. Finally is the conclusion. The thesis summarizes inadequate, and looking to the future direction of further research. Through the implementation of lean production, the company systematic improved the company's previous management tools. Lean production relied on the company's internal departments with the smooth implementation of the activities developed enhanced coordination among various departments, inspired teamwork, all departments made full use of their advantages to solve production problems, that improved interdepartmental communication and collaboration capabilities. Implementation of lean production, improve the quality of the staff, improve the status of the production, eliminate waste, reduce costs, improve product quality and shorten the delivery cycle to achieve maximum output with minimum capital investment purposes. For future studies, it should stand on a higher point of view, systematically carried out the spirit of the order from global to local. In the productive sectors, through improved processes, eliminate inventory, improve productivity, reduce costs effectively; in the industry as a whole in the corporate point of view, constructed from a planned procurement, research and development, production and sales of integrated supply chain, and maximize corporate profits; with suppliers, customers achieve resource sharing, collaborative planning, lean manufacturing and lean logistics combine to form a lean value chain to maximize value.
