中文摘要:本论文为陈热战略转型案例的实证研究,研究对象为天津陈塘热电有限公司(以下简称“陈热”)。本论文致力于研究陈热在外部环境变化和自身资源配置作用下的战略转型过程和意义。 论文首先介绍了研究背景、意义、内容、理论基础、研究方法,指出本文将运用战略转型的相关理论,具体分析陈热在电力市场和供热市场所面临的环境变化和自身资源的匹配,从而制定企业未来的发展战略。而后,论文对陈热的发展现状进行了阐述,对公司战略转型的必要性进行了分析和说明,通过战略转型的理论支持,具体分析了陈热在电力市场和供热市场的外部环境和自身资源,做出了战略转型规划:以“冬季供热为主,以热定电,夏季发电调峰为主”取代“发电为主,以电定热”的发展战略,具体以燃气机组取代传统燃煤机组,将厂址由市区迁往近郊等方式保障战略转型的有效实施。之后,通过SWOT分析模型,具体阐述了燃气电厂环境变化和自身资源配置情况,从气源保障建设、合理运营机制、优化建设方案、人力资源设置等多个方面提出了战略转型的实施方案。 通过本文的分析,为陈热进行了准确的定位,为今后的发展提出了切实可行的战略转型发展思路和对策,对公司的改革与发展具有重要的指导意义,为天津这样的北方大型城市的供热、电力市场规划提供了新的思路,为身处改革之中的电力、供热企业提供了有益的借鉴和参考。 
英文摘要:This thesis is a empirical study of strategic transformation of Tianjin ChenTang heat and power co., ltd (CR for short). The research object is CR. The research purpose is to find out the progress and significance of strategic transformation in CR that effects by changing of market’s environment and resource dominances. The thesis first introduces the research background, significance, theory and method. Use the theory of strategic transformation, this thesis analysis environmental and resource dominances changes in power and heat market, and make out the development strategy enterprise need in the future. Second, the thesis introduce development strategy of the enterprise at present and developmental environment at present. And it analysis the necessary conditions of strategic transformation. Using the theory of strategic transformation, this thesis analysis environmental and resource dominances changes of the enterprise facing in power and heat market, and make the produce that the enterprise need strategic transformation to achieve profit. The formerly strategic models include: first, power supply is the main operation, second, the amount of heat supply decided by the amount of power supply. The strategic transformations which the enterprise need contain: first, make winter heat supply mostly the main operation; second, the amount of power supply each year decided by the heat demand; third, make peaking generation the main operation in summer,such as make gas-fired genset replace coal-fired unit and remove the company from urban district to suburbs. Then using SWOT analysis model expound environmental change and resources distribution of fuel gas power plant, make strategic planning from the parts of gas resource guarantee construction, reasonable operation mechanism, construction scheme optimizing and human resources allocation. This thesis provides the feasibility thoughts and solutions of strategic transformation for the development of the enterprise in future, make important instrucitons for the development and reformation of the enterprise in future, afford good market planning of power and heat for the large Northern cites like Tianjin and make good references for the developing of the power and heat enterprise.
