中文摘要：	技术创新正在成为我国企业持续发展主要动力，但是技术创新是高风险的投资。企业在进行技术创新的过程中只有对技术创新项目风险进行有效地管理才能控制风险损失、收获风险收益，充分发挥技术创新对企业效益的促进作用。但是，我国大多数企业的技术创新项目风险管理的意识和管理的能力都是有所欠缺的，不能满足企业发展壮大的需要。 论文对技术创新、项目及项目风险管理、技术创新项目风险的概念和相关理论进行了回顾，从技术创新项目同一般建设项目的区别出发，对技术创新项目、技术创新项目风险因素和风险管理过程的独特性进行了分析，然后对技术创新风险识别与度量、应对与监控的过程进行了分析，并用案例进行了实证研究，进一步论证了技术创新项目风险管理的独特性。 论文从技术创新项目风险相关的理论及概念出发，通过对技术创新项目与工程建设项目的比较，分析总结了技术创新项目风险的独特性、风险因素的独特性以及风险管理过程的独特性。论文根据技术创新项目的特点及独特性分析，结合项目风险管理的相关理论对技术创新风险管理过程进行了论述。论文通过对华为公司技术创新项目风险管理案例的研究，通过分析华为公司发展的历程与公司技术创新项目风险管理之间的关系，论证了技术创新项目风险管理对于企业发展的重要作用。 论文由以下五部分组成，第一部分是绪论及相关理论回顾。介绍了课题研究的背景，在此基础上提出了问题，并阐述了本论文研究的目的和意义。第二部分是企业技术创新项目风险的独特性研究。第三部分是企业技术创新项目风险管理过程的研究。主要从风险识别、风险度量、风险应对和风险监控等四个方面进行了论述。第四部分以深圳华为技术创新项目管理过程的实践案例，对前面三部分内容进行了验证。最后，对前述四部分内容进行总结归纳，得出论文的结论。
英文摘要：	Technical innovation is now becoming the main development engine for Chinese enterprises. But technical innovation is challenged by risks. In the process of technical innovation, the firms must effectively manage the risks in order to minimize the loss and to maximize the profit from risks. And effective risk management make technical innovation accelerate growth of the firms. However, most of enterprises in China are lack of consciousness and capability on technical innovation project risk managements which meet the requirements of future development. The thesis made a brief retrospect on theory and definition of technical innovation，project & project risk management, and technical innovation project risk management. Started from contrast between technical innovation project and construction projects, the author analyses the features of technical innovation project, technical innovation project risk factors, and process of technical innovation project risk management. Then the author analyses the identification, evaluation, response, and monitoring of technical innovation project risk. Then the author make empirical study on case of HUAWEI INC to demonstrate the features of technical innovation risk management. The thesis started with theory and definition in the field of technical innovation project risk management. By contrast between technical innovation project and construction projects, the author analyses the features of technical innovation project risk, risk factors and management processes. According to analysis on feature of technical innovation project and theory on project risk management, the author analyses the processes of technical innovation project risk management. Author made research on technical innovation project risk management of HUAWEI Inc. By analysis of relationship between HUAWEI’s growing up history and technical innovation project risk management the author demonstrated the importance of technical innovation project risk management on development of the enterprise. The thesis consists of five parts. The first part is introduction and retrospect on related theory. In this part author introduced the background of the research, and induced the topics, then introduced the research purpose and importance of research. The second part is the analysis on features of technical innovation project risk management. The third part is research on management process of technical innovation project risk. In this part author analyses the risk identification, evaluation, response and monitoring of technical innovation project risk management. The forth part is case study of HUAWEI. This part is a demonstration for the above parts. The fifth part is the conclusion of the research.
