| 中文摘要: | 物流从上世纪八十年代开始传入我国,经过近二十年的发展,在我国已取得了一定的发展。根据中国加入世界贸易组织的有关承诺,从2005年12月11日起实现物流领域全面开放。物流业的发展已引起了中央的高度重视,物流业的发展已列入“十五”规划,在“十五”《纲要》中已明确指出“积极引进新型业态和技术,推进连锁经营、物流配送、代理制、多式联运、改造提升传统流通业、运输业和邮政服务业”。这为中国物流业的发展制订了宏伟的蓝图,为发展中国物流业提供了政策依据。但我国对物流的研究相对落后,没有形成适应我国现状的物流管理理论,理论的缺陷导致了人才的不足,在这种严竣的形势下要发展壮大我国物流业,人才的培养迫在眉捷。 开展国际物流需要拥有综合知识的高素质人才,一个有效的人才培养和招募战略,不仅可以保证企业的长远发展需要,而且可以在行业内树立良好形象、增强竞争优势。现今国际物流企业采取的人才培训做法主要有:企业自身培训,与职业培训院校合作培训,咨询公司顾问式培训等。通过有效培训形成自己的适用人才储备库,从而满足企业不断发展的需要。 本文采用文献分析法,访谈法等研究方法,对国内外近年来企业培训相关理论的研究进行分析,阐述企业培训的基本概念和实施模式,分析国际物流企业培训的特点和培训面临的困境,找出国际物流企业培训实施情况中的不足。结合A公司培训现状及主要问题,提出了一些培训技术与方法的再设计。 全文共分六部分,通过对物流领域,国际物流企业核心竞争力的介绍,引出该类企业在培训方面需要重视的问题,并提出相应的培训策略。并运用系统型培训模式进行培训体系在设计,力求完善该公司的培训体系。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Logistics was introduced to China from the 1980s, and booming over twenty years. China has promise WTO to open the Logistics market after Dec 11, 2005. The Chinese Government also paid high attention to the development of Logistics. To develop Chinese Logistics was list in Chinese Eleventh Five-Year Development Guidelines already. It makes a grand blueprint for our logistics and supply evidence for our Policy. But our study on logistics is not enough, and we are lack of Logistics management theory in line with China’s present situation. This brings the problem of lack of professionals. So the training of Logistics professional is imminent. International Logistics Industry needs knowledgeable talent. One effective strategy of training & recruiting, not only could guarantee a company’s long term development, but also could establish good image in the industry, increase its competition advantage. Nowadays, there’re three main methods for International Logistics companies to carry out their training: Inner training by itself; team up with professional academy; consult training work with consulting company, etc. Through these ways, International Logistics company could store enough practical talent,and satisfy their requirement on constantly development. Several methods are used including literature analysis, expert interview, etc. By these ways, the article analyzes the training theories overseas and domestic; introduces the basic concept, implementation of the training’s model; analyzes the particular of International Logistics companies training, their difficult position and the problem during operation. Work out some training methods and re-design depend on A company’s current status and problem. This paper divides six parts altogether, it tried to find out the problem of International Logistics companies training, draw out relevant training strategy, and, finally re-design a training system for A company upon the Systemic training model. | |
