中文摘要:随着经济全球化和电子商务的持续发展,传统的商业规则和思维必须要跟着改变。在新的竞争环境下,企业很难再依靠成本控制的方式,如控制物资消耗来降低材料成本等方式来加强企业的竞争力。企业之间的竞争逐步转变成供应链之间的竞争,企业的成功更多地取决于其供应链网络的管理能力。供应商管理作为供应链管理的基础,也因此逐渐受到企业的重视。本文的研究主题是EM仪器公司的供应商管理。供应商的管理涉及到如何科学又经济地选择供应商、如何通过供应商关系管理获得战略发展,这两点共同构成了本文的研究内容。通过本课题对EM仪器公司供应商的管理研究分析,为公司下一步的战略发展指明方向,逐步提高EM仪器公司在行业内的影响力和竞争力,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现持续稳定发展。同时,其发展情况与解决方案具有一定的普遍适用性,对于其他仪器生产制造企业具有较大的借鉴意义和参考价值。供应链的建设离不开与供应商关系的管理,如果没有供应商的支持,一切商业活动都无法取得成功。对于现代企业来说,尤其是大型的跨国公司而言,采购中供应商的管理影响着企业的发展。当前我国仪器行业发展非常迅速,随着我国经济的高速发展,仪器行业的发展也取得了很大的成绩。近些年来仪器行业也发生了巨大的变化,企业的技术、理念、管理等都发生了很大的变化。而且随着我国政府对仪器行业扶持力度的加大,国外很多生产商对中国市场的发展也是非常看好,为了追求更多的利益,国外著名的仪器跨国公司都规划继续在我国进行投资建厂和扩大生产。随着我国加入WTO和市场经济体制的完善,我国仪器行业企业竞争越来越激烈。企业利润的来源是销售、成本和物流。为此,EM仪器公司为取得市场竞争优势,对供应商进行科学管理,以通过供应链的科学管理来获得竞争优势和利润。本文的研究在理论上是一种探索,也为以后其它仪器企业研究供应商管理奠定一定的基础。本文首先阐述供应链管理理论、供应商选择理论和供应商关系管理理论,奠定文章的理论基石。然后,通过对EM仪器公司所面临的背景环境进行分析,明确EM仪器公司供应商管理的重要意义,并深入分析了该公司供应商管理的现状及存在的问题。目前其存在的问题与不足主要体现在供应商选择与供应商关系管理两个主要方面,具体体现在:选择供应商的标准问题;供应商评价体系问题;与供应商关系问题;与供应商合作目标问题等。最后,文章从上述两个重点方面出发,研究了EM仪器公司供应商选择的依据、目标、指标、原则和模型,并提出了EM仪器公司供应商关系管理的方针和策略。通过对EM仪器公司供应商关系管理带来的效益分析,总结了供应商管理的成功因素。通过理论与实践的结合,解决实践中存在的问题,本文就EM仪器公司面对市场环境所出现的问题,用供应商选择理论和供应商关系管理作了具体分析,结合具体实际环境制定了自己的选择指标、原则和模型。但也有不足之处,提出的解决方法还有待在实践过程中根据该公司的具体情况进行细化、调整,使得EM仪器公司供应商管理更加科学、高效。 
英文摘要:With the continuous development of economic globalization and e-commerce, traditional business rules and ways of thinking must change with it. In the new competitive environment, the enterprise is difficult to rely on cost control, such as controlling the consumption of goods and materials to reduce the material cost way to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises. Competition among enterprises is gradually transformed into a competition between the supply chain and the success of the enterprise depends on its supply chain network management capabilities. As a basis of supply chain management, supplier management is more and more important in enterprises. The theme of this paper is the EM Instrument Company supplier management. The supplier management relates to how scientific and economic choice of suppliers, supplier relationship management strategy development. These two points together constitute the content of this research. EM Instrument Company supplier management research and analysis through this issue for the company's next strategic development direction, and gradually increase the influence and competitiveness of EM Instrument Company in the industry, so that enterprises in the fierce market competition to achieve sustained and stable development. At the same time, its development of solutions to the general applicability of reference and the reference value for other instruments manufacturing enterprise. The building can’t be separated from the relationship with suppliers of supply chain management and vendor support. Otherwise all of the commercial activities are not successful. For modern enterprises, especially large multinational procurement in supplier management impact on the development of the enterprise. With China's rapid economic development, instrument industry in China is developing very rapidly. The development of the instrument industry has made great achievements. Instruments industry in recent years has also undergone a huge change, technology, philosophy, management have undergone great changes. With the Chinese government to support efforts to increase the instruments industry, many foreign manufacturers on the development of the Chinese market is very optimistic the famous foreign instrument multinational companies are planning to continue to invest and build factories in our country, in order to pursue more interests, and expand production. With China's accession to the WTO and the market economy system, China instrument industry enterprises increasingly competitive. Corporate profit comes from sales, costs and logistics. In the end, EM Instruments Company gains a competitive advantage and profitability through scientific management of the suppliers to obtain a competitive advantage in the market. This study is an exploration in theory, but also lay a foundation for the future other instruments enterprise supplier management. This paper first describes the theory of supply chain management, supplier selection theory and supplier relationship management theory, laid the theoretical foundation for the article. Then, by the EM Instrument facing context the significance of the analysis, a clear EM Instrument Company supplier management, and in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the management of the company's suppliers, its existence problems and shortcomings are mainly reflected in the two main aspects of supplier selection and supplier relationship management, embodied in: the standard problem of selecting suppliers; supplier evaluation system; relationship with suppliers; cooperation with suppliers target problem and so on. Finally, the article of the two key aspects, the EM Instrument Company supplier selection based on objectives, targets, principles and model, and a the EM Instrument Company supplier relationship management objectives and strategies. The paper summarizes the analysis of the benefits and success factors of supplier relationship management of EM Instrument Company. Through the combination of theory and practice, to solve the problems in practice, made a specific analysis on the EM instrument company to face the problems of the market environment, the supplier selection theory and supplier relationship management, combined with specific physical environment to develop the choice of indicators, principles and model. But there are inadequacies. The solutions proposed need to be refined and adjusted according to the specific circumstances of the company. EM Instrument Company supplier management will be more and more scientific and efficient.
