中文摘要：	本文重点研究校企合作的“厂中校”建设过程的组织与风险管理方法。本文在对当前高职院校办学模式的研究的基础上，提出通过与企业合作，在政府和行业的支持下建设“厂中校”，达到教育资源、企业资源的共享，从而使教育教学与岗位素质对接，同时也使企业可以挑选可用之才，一举两得，共同促进高校的办学水平和企业的发展条件。文章对“厂中校”建设的长效机制进行了分析，包括其背景分析，即内外部环境分析，提出了“厂中校”建设项目的必要性，同时揭示了通过校企合作办学的方式对高校、企业、行业所产生的影响和效应。文章引入了项目管理中的组织管理及风险管理的有关理论，作为项目研究的主要方向。在论文的主体部分阐述了在项目组织上，采用哪种组织模式，如何协调各个主体之间的关系，并论述了理事会模式的项目组织运行方式。在风险管理部分，主要研究风险的性质，风险的阶段，以及规避风险的措施等等。最后通过X物流中心“厂中校”建设项目的案例说明如何开展厂中校建设项目管理的组织和风险管理。本文认为在项目组织管理和风险管理理论指导下，通过建立跨行业资源共享的机制，可以有效实现高校人才培养的模式的创新。不仅实现了教育资源的共享，节约了教学成本，还是实现了学校和企业的双赢。本文所提出的运作模式都具有一定的可操作性，可以为促进地区经济和教育的发展，也为“厂中校”的教育模式逐渐走向成熟提供有益的借鉴和经验的积累。
英文摘要：	This thesis focuses on the organization and risk management study of establishing a vocational college in the factory by school-enterprise cooperation mode. Based on the study of current running mode of vocational college, a vocational college will be established in a factory through cooperating with enterprise and supporting by the government and the industry. This mode can achieve the purpose of sharing educational resources and enterprise resources. It can realize the docking of educational quality and position requirement. Meanwhile the enterprise can choose talents from the college in the first place. The mode will promote not only the educational quality, but also the enterprise development as the saying goes kill two birds by one stone. The thesis also analyzes the long-term mechanism for the college running, which including its background analysis, namely, internal and external environment analysis, putting forward the necessity of establishing the college in the factory. It also shows the effect to the education, the enterprise and the industry by running this school-enterprise cooperation mode. The major research area of the thesis is organization management and risk management relevant theory. The main text expounds the organization management process, which including the selection of organization pattern, the coordination of the relationship in the organization and the means of running the council mode. For risk management, the thesis mainly studies the nature of risk, the stage of the risk and the means of evading the risk. Finally, the text discusses the organization and risk management of establishing the college in the factory through studying a case of the college establishment in X Logistics Center. This thesis argues that under the guidance of the project organization management and risk management theory, the college in the factory can effectively achieve the personnel training mode innovation by cross industry resource sharing mechanism. It not only realizes the sharing of education resources, saving the teaching cost, but also achieves a win-win result for the college and the enterprise. This operation mode has certain maneuverability, and it can promote the development of region economy and education. At the same time, it will provide useful lessons and experience to the education mode of establishing college in the factory, which will move toward maturity gradually.
