中文摘要:当前,各个行业的竞争都异常激烈,在这样的环境下要占据优势地位,获得核心竞争力,依靠的不仅是物质资源,更是人力资源。越来越多的企业已经意识到只有科学的规划人力资源管理,才能在激烈的竞争中获得主动地位,企业之间的战争来源于人才之间的竞争,人力资源是企业的第一资源。而招聘,是人力资源的基础和前提,是把握人才的第一道关口,招聘的有效管理是保证企业长期的可持续发展的源头和重要保证。在《Human Recourse Champion》一书中提到:发掘和留住人才将成为当代管理战争的一个主战场,员工的工作能力和水平影响企业的发展和生存,他们的素质影响着企业的生死存亡。人力资源的科学选择,直接关系到企业的生存发展,在人力资源管理过程中对于人才的正确评价和选择,即招聘工作,是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分。只有通过人才的整体素质提升,才能使得企业市场竞争获得整体提升。因此企业必须科学的规划招聘的方法,理念,持续的改进,并且通过一系列的措施来保证招聘的有效实施,从而提高人才的综合素质和质量。本文以笔者在ADS公司的招聘工作经验为背景,研究了公司的人力资源管理现状,在进行广泛的文献搜集和理论学习,分析了ADS公司在招聘管理中出现的问题,并提出改善方案,从明确招聘计划,制定招聘战略,分析招聘工作,进一步规范招聘流程。ADS公司是集销售,采购,生产,安装,维保等业务的全球最大的电扶梯制造商和服务商。随着目前经济环境和业务范围的不断变化,公司的招聘管理也需要随之进行一定的改善以适应企业的战略目标。综合上述论点,本文从以下几个观点开展论述:第一章是导言部分。介绍了本论文的研究背景和研究意义,说明了人力资源管理中招聘的重要性,结合理论依据,通过对ADS公司招聘体系中存在的问题,提出依据公司现状构件科学的招聘体系,并通过各种研究方法,构建出本论文的整体框架和思路。第二章对人力资源理论,招聘理论做了总体的阐述。明确了招聘的意义,重要作用,各渠道分析,标准流程,评估体系等方面内容,为后续的公司体系的分析和优化提供了理论基础和研究方向。第三章通过对ADS公司背景,组织架构,人员现状的研究,得出了目前体系中存在的问题,和各个问题的成因。第四章针对上面章节讲到的问题和成因提出了优化方案,包括战略方面的优化,工作分析优化,流程优化和评估体系优化。第五章回顾了人力资源各个模块之间的关系,为招聘体系的优化实施提供保障。第六章为结论部分,总结了本文的主要结论,并归纳了本人在研究过程中的体会。综上所述,招聘工作是人力资源管理的基础和先提,企业要完善人力资源管理就必须将招聘这一基础工作完善。通过招聘工作,为内部人员提供合理调动的机会和晋升发展的空间,通过招聘外部人员为企业带来先进的理念和新鲜血液。希望通过本文的研究,能使越来越多的企业重视人力资源招聘工作。 
英文摘要:In the increasingly fierce competitive market, in order to obtain the core competence, we need to depend on not only the material resources, but human resources. More and more enterprises have realized that only to use scientific planning of human resource management, that we can gain the initiative in the fierce competition condition. Human resource is the first resource of enterprise, the war between enterprise's the war of the talent competition,. Staff recruitment as the premise of the enterprise human resources management is the important guarantee of the enterprise human resources on quantity, quality and structure. As mentioned in , Excavation and retaining talent will become the main battlefield of contemporary management, staff's working ability and level affects the development and survival of enterprises, their quality is affecting enterprise of vital importance. Scientific choice of human resources, directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. Recruitment, is to correctly evaluation and selection of the right person, is an important part of. human resources management. Only through the overall quality improvement of talent, so that enterprises in market competition to obtain the improvement. Therefore the enterprise must think carefully about the methods, theory, and continuous improvement, and through a series of actions to ensure the effectively implementation of recruitment, to improve the comprehensive quality. These papers is based on my experience of recruitment in ADS, research the current status of human resource management, study the theory and search the literature, analysis the problem in the recruitment, states the improvement suggestion, from planning to analysis, to make the process standard. ADS is the largest escalator and elevator company, includes the purchasing, sales, production, installation, maintenance process. With the current economic environment and the changing scope of business, the company recruitment management also needs to make some improvement to adapt to the strategic goal of the enterprise. This paper includes below parts: The first part is introduction. It introduced the purpose and background, and states the importance of recruitment. Combine with the theoretic, and according to the study of recruitment, construct the whole frame and train of thought. The second part is about the theory. The theory includes the purpose of recruitment, important effect, channel analysis, standard process, evaluation system, etc. All about this provide theoretical basis and research direction for further analysis and improvement. The third part introduces the background of ADS Company, organization structure, human resources status and concluding the current employment problem urgently to be solved. The fourth part is the optimization scheme, including the strategy of optimization, job analysis and optimization, process optimization and evaluation of system optimization. The fifth chapter reviews the relationships between modules of human resource management; to optimize employment system is implemented to provide security. The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and summed up the experience in the process of in my study To sum up, human resources management is the foundation and precondition. Enterprise should improve recruitment in order to make human resource management perfectly. Through the recruitment, enterprise provides the internal job opportunity and promotion. Through the external recruitment, advanced ideas and fresh blood are provided to company. Hope that through this research can make more and more enterprises recognition the importance of the recruitment of human resource.
