| 中文摘要: | 随着全球竞争的加剧,经济的不确定性增大。消费者需求的多样化和个性化使得以分工为基础的企业组织机构越来越不能适应激烈的市场竞争。随着全球制造的出现,企业与企业之间的竞争已经突破了国家与国家的范围。上世纪80年代供应链的概念被提出,并在制造业管理中得到普遍应用,企业之间的竞争越来越体现为供应链的竞争。近年来,面向工业控制的传感器市场一直持续增长。由于其应用领域广泛,客户定制化普遍,随着各领域的发展,工业传感控制产品的生产形成了多品种、小批量、定制化的生产特点。丹纳赫西特传感工业控制(天津)有限公司(以下简称丹纳赫西特公司)作为专业生产传感工业控制产品的企业,其供应链管理成为致胜关键,物料管理和库存控制也成为需要研究的重点问题。本文对供应链管理的相关理论发展进行了综述,从物料计划和物料采购两个方面介绍了物料管理的相关理论,以及供应链条件下的库存管理思想。随后文章重点分析了公司物料管理和库存管理的现状和存在问题,并在给出基本解决方案的基础之上,分别给出了提升的改进策略。在物料管理方面,提出了“关键物料”和“非关键物料”的概念,通过对物料的分类确认,找到更优化的物料计划和采购方案;在库存控制方面,对工作流管理的各个层面,找到可以被量化的点,以内部交货率作为最终指标,用以衡量企业供应链运作的效率和结果。现代制造企业通常以客户满意率和库存周转率作为考核的两个重要指标。更高的客户满意率的取得,需要企业准时生产来满足客户要求的交货期;更好的库存周转率则代表着企业需要将库存控制在较低的水平,以最少的人力、物力、财力,来获取最大的供给保障。本文通过物料的计划、采购,以及库存控制三个方面入手,以期通过改善物料管理,实现内部交货率的提升,以均衡生产的方式,得到库存改善的结果。丹纳赫西特公司是以DBS为核心价值观,并渗透到企业运营的各个方面来实现高效运转的企业。DBS依托精益生产的理念而生,因此在供应链环境下对物料管理和库存控制精益求精是一成不变的追求。不断完善物料的计划和采购管理,并通过对工作流程的改进来降低库存,才能整体优化企业供应链,在日益激烈的竞争中保持优势地位。 | |
| 英文摘要: | With the trend of intensive global competition, the uncertainty of economic growth is enlarged. The enterprises organization based on labor division is no longer suitable for the market competition due to the variety and individuation of customer demand. With the coming of global manufacturing, the competition between enterprises breaks through the boundary of countries. Since the concept of supply chain emerged in 1980s, it has been widely applied in manufacturing management. In recent years, sensor market towards industrial control keeps growing. And the production features are of multiple categories, small lot, and customized. Danaher-Setra ICG (Tianjin) Co., Ltd, as the enterprises specialized in producing sensors, its supply chain management is the key point to win, in terms of material management and inventory control. The thesis reviews the theory of material management and inventory control, in terms of material planning, material purchasing and inventory management within supply chain concept. It also analyzes the current status and problem in material management and inventory control. Besides giving the basic countermeasures, the thesis makes research on advanced improvement strategy. For material management, “key part” and “non-key part” concepts are brought forward. By classifying material, planning and purchasing schedule will be optimized. For inventory control, the thesis makes research on the measurable point of work flow, and uses internal OTD as key index to evaluate supply chain operation efficiency. Customer satisfaction and inventory turn are taken as the key performance indexes of enterprises. To reach higher customer satisfaction rate, enterprises need to guarantee on time delivery (OTD). Meanwhile, better inventory turn means average inventory level should be controlled. What the thesis focuses on aims to upgrade internal OTD by a balanced approach. The core value of Danaher-Setra is Danaher Business System (DBS), which is oriented from lean production. Based on DBS, lean management of material and inventory is the long pursuance. By the way of continuous improvement on material and inventory work flow, the entire supply chain will be optimized, and that is the way to maintain competitive strength. | |
