中文摘要:本文以正处在国际化进程中的M集团为例,通过对其在进行新产品开发项目进度管理中所遇到的现状和问题的分析,探讨了在汽车零部件新产品开发的过程中,如何通过实施科学的项目进度管理方法保证项目按时完成。本文试图通过项目进度管理,跨国项目进度管理和多项目进度管理等理论与方法,探索出一套适用于M集团实际操作的项目进度管理办法。首先,本文回顾了汽车零部件国际和国内市场的现状,简单介绍了案例企业M集团的实际情况。在此基础上,本文对新产品开发项目和新产品开发项目管理的理论进行了简单回顾。并根据M集团的实际情况回顾了跨国项目和多项目管理的相关理论。根据汽车行业的特色,对APQP的要求进行了简单的介绍。在第三章中回顾了M集团现阶段进行项目开发的实际情况和主要问题,分析了M集团新产品项目开发过程中对进度影响最大的四种问题,对后续的研究提出了需要解决的课题。随后论文回顾了M集团新产品项目开发的目标和原则,聚焦项目活动定义,项目活动排序和项目进度控制三个主要项目进度管理活动,进而根据项目进度管理的理论对M集团的现阶段问题进行对策,提出一套适用于M集团的项目管理办法。最后本文进行了主要结论和创新点的总结。同时指出了本文的研究不足和后续研究方向。本文希望通过对M集团项目进度管理的研究,对同类企业的项目管理工作可以起到参考和启迪的作用。 
英文摘要:By analyzing the situation of group M new project management, this thesis targets to study the scientific way to handle and make sure the automobile part NPI (new product introduction) project schedule management method. By using the theory of project schedule management, Multi-national project schedule management and multi-project schedule management, this paper aimed to draft a feasible method for group M current project management situation. There are 6 sections in this paper: At beginning, the automobile component China domestic market and global market were reviewed. Based on the background, the new product development project management theory is highlighted in the thesis. As APQP is the standard for automobile business; this thesis also studies the requirement of process of APQP. The 3rd section of the thesis is mainly discussed the real situation of group M project management work. The topic of the thesis is raised in this part. In the following study, the analysis of current project and corrective action is reviewed. The principle and target of Group M project management work is raised. According to the related project management theory and real situation, the solution to current project management problem is proposed. A systematic method for project schedule management of group M is raised The last section summarizes this thesis’ conclusion and innovation. At same time, the aspect of which need to be improved as well as further studied is highlighted this this section. The thesis’ target is not only help group M to solve the project schedule management problem, but also can be inspiring for other company in automobile business.
