| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 半导体产业做为电子信息产业的重要组成部分深刻影响着国民经济的发展,2010年中国集成电路芯片进口额首次超石油,2011年集成电路芯片进口额与石油进口额基本持平。半导体行业资金密集、技术密集、人才密集的特点严重制约了我国半导体行业的发展速度,同时半导体行业产品生命周期短、更新换代快、成本降低速度快的特点又导致我国半导体行业在世界半导体领域长期处于追赶者的地位,尽管国家投入力度很大,但与发达国家的差距却始终未能减小。半导体行业,注重新产品开发,新开发产品的利润率远高于成熟产品,新产品开发的速度在一定程度上成为制约我国追赶世界先进水平的瓶颈。本文正是在这种背景下以ZH半导体公司为案例展开的研究。 ZH半导体公司是一家具有多年新产品开发经验的半导体企业,多年来ZH半导体公司一直高度重视新产品开发工作,每年在新产品开发环节投入巨大人力、物力。新产品开发也为企业带来了丰厚的利润,新产品的开发与产业化一直是企业赖以生存的基石。新产品开发项目规划,是新产品开发项目的基础更是新产品开发项目的灵魂,新产品开发项目的规划水平,直接影响新产品开发项目的成败。ZH半导体公司新产品开发项目的规划过程中也存在着一些不足,本文通过对ZH半导体公司新产品开发项目规划过程的研究,归纳和总结新产品开发项目规划过程的理论与方法。本文的研究内容主要有以下几个方面:首先对新产品开发项目管理、项目生命周期理论以及项目的组合管理与项目评价进行了理论回顾。其次,针对ZH半导体公司的新产品开发项目的项目识别、项目评估、项目计划进行了分析,提出了ZH半导体公司在项目识别、项目评估和项目计划制定过程中存在的不足,并提出解决方案。并且在项目中进行实践,验证方案可行性。本文对新产品开发项目的项目识别、项目评价、项目计划进行了归纳和总结,对新产品开发项目的规划管理提供了指导方法。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract The development of the national economy is deeply impacted by the semiconductor industry which is an important part of the electronic information industry. The integrated circuit imports of China exceeded the ultra-oil imports in 2010 for the first time, and were basically equal to them in 2011. The semiconductor industry with the features of technology intensive, capital intensive, and talent intensive, seriously hampered the development of Chinese semiconductor industry. Furthermore, the characteristics of semiconductor industry, which are short product life cycle, quick replacement, and fast speed of cost down, cause that our country is throughout a pursuer in the semiconductor world. Our country has invested heavily, but the gap with the developed countries has been unable to be reduced. The Semiconductor industry emphasizes the new product development, because the newly developed products have much higher profit margin than the mature products. The speed of the new product development is the bottleneck of restricting our country to catch up with the world advanced level in some extent. In this context, the article researches on one of semiconductor companies in China, Tianjin ZH Semiconductor Co., Ltd. ZH Semiconductor Co., Ltd is a semiconductor company with many years of new product development experience. ZH Semiconductor Co., Ltd has always attached great importance to the development of new products for many years, and invests enormous human and material resources in new product development aspects every year. The development of new products is also a huge profit for the enterprise, the development and industrialization of the new products have been the cornerstone of survival. The project planning of the new product development is the basis of the new product development project and it is also the soul of the new product development projects. The level of the project planning is the most important thing of the project. There are also a number of shortcomings in the planning process of new product development projects of ZH Semiconductor Co., Ltd, so this article studies on planning process in the new product development project of ZH Semiconductor Co., Ltd, and summarized the theories and methods of the planning process in new product development project. The studies are as follow: First of all is a theoretical review of new product development, project management of the project life cycle theory, the management of the project portfolio and the evaluation of the project. Secondly, this article analysis the process of project identification, project evaluation, and project plan of ZH Semiconductor Co., Ltd, and points the shortcomings in these processes. Then propose the solutions, and practice in the project to prove the feasibility. This article summarizes the project identification, project evaluation, and project plan of new product development, and provides the guidelines of planning and management for new product development. | |
