| 中文摘要: | 在经济全球化的过程中,中国在改革开放以来,作为世界重要的投资接受地吸引了众多外资的进入,其中就包括了众多世界级的外资第三方物流公司。而按照我国加入WTO的协定,自2006年起我国就允许外资公司在中国自行设立运营和营销网络、独立运营物流业务,各大公司纷纷开始在中国跑马圈地,尤其是第三方物流公司,开始蜂拥而来,在中国以兼并收购等形式或合资或独资开展物流业务。本篇论文首先对其他跨国物流公司在华本土化运营的现状进行了分析,指出了一般情况下,跨国物流公司会采取的本土化运营策略,进而结合世能达物流公司的本土化实践,根据波特的价值链理论对世能达公司的价值链进行了重新梳理,指出了目前存在的主要问题,也就是发展战略存在不清晰、不适应公司发展需求,组织架构不合理,缺乏标准化的运营管理体系,绩效管理体系不健全等。其次,就分析中发现的问题,结合五力模型的分析和绩效激励理论的研究,分别对各个问题进行了针对性的分析,并给出了解决问题的建议,也就是实现差异化战略、对组织结构进行优化以适应市场需求、建立标准化的成本和信息管理体系、对绩效管理进行改善等。最后,文章在分析的过程中,注重结合实际例证和世能达公司的现实状况,通过理论工具的使用发现问题,并进一步提出解决办法,给出了具备行业参考意义的解决问题的思路和办法。论文的价值在于结合世能达公司的内外部环境,从行业发展的角度指出了公司存在的四大不足,并从整个价值链的分析给出了公司摆脱发展困局的可行性建议。文中通过对目标行业的调整实行差异化战略、将现有大客户管理跟业务拓展部门合并、建立标准化成本和信息管理体系、对于绩效管理中指标设定的SMART原则建议等研究结论具有普遍的行业参考价值,可以给同行业的从业者起到一定的借鉴作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the economy reformation and opening, China has become the important investment market of the world. Especially with the process of economic globalization, more and more foreign companies, including manufacture and third-party logistics corporations, come to China to invest and develop business. According to the agreement with WTO, China will allow foreign logistics company to set up sole proprietorship organization in mainland in logistics industry since 2006. Then, the 3PL companies poured into China through mergers and acquisitions to start joint-venture or solely venture to develop logistics business. This paper studied the managerial improvements of Schneider Logistic Company localization management in China. First of all, the paper studied the localization management measures of other enterprises in 3PL industry, then according to Potter’s Value Chain Theory analysis, found out the problems of Schneider, are related with corporation strategy, organization structure, operation and IT management, performance management, etc. Then, by using Five Force Theory and Performance Management related theories to give the suggestions to solve the problems found in the analysis, such as applying differentiation strategy, to optimize the organization, to set up standard cost and IT management system, to improve the performance management. In a word, the paper tried to combine the practical examples and the actual status of Schneider company, using related theories and tools to found out problems and further to solve the problem and give suggestions with practical sense. The value of the paper is it combined of the company's internal and external environment, to point out company four major problems, and based on the scope of value chain analysis to give the company suggestions to overcome development dilemma. As a conclusion, the paper suggests Schneider company to implement differentiation strategy, to combine the key account management team and business develop team, to set up standard cost and IT management system, to apply SMART principles in performance appraisal. The research result would give the similar industry practitioners certain useful reference and has a common value to the 3PL industry companies. | |
