中文摘要：	“风险投资”这一概念和行业起源于美国，20世纪六七十年代后，一些愿意以高风险换取高回报的投资人开始逐渐引入这一创新性的投资形式。在我国，风险投资的发展相对较晚，直到20世纪90年代才有了真正意义的风险投资出现，随着近些年我国经济保持持续增长，各行业中优质的企业如雨后春笋般快速发展，我国本土的风险投资业也随着经济增长和科技的进步得到了突飞猛进的发展。与此同时，随着我国居民的消费水平和消费观念发生改变，人们的医疗健康意识逐渐加强，加之人口老龄化进程的加快，各种疾病的发病率的攀升使得医院和家用医疗设备需求快速增长。21世纪以来，医疗器械行业的整体发展速度加快，我国的医疗器械产业在最近的10年增长了6倍多，医疗器械行业整体占全国GDP的比重持续升高，我国“十一五”和“十二五”产业规划均把发展医疗器械行业放在了十分重要的地位，我国的医疗器械产业将在技术进步的推动下持续保持快速稳定的增长。近些年，我国的各家风险投资机构已经逐渐开始把医疗相关产业作为一个重要的投资方向，尤其是其中的医疗器械行业。目前，国内大部分的风险投资机构对于医疗器械行业的项目投资大多依靠投资人的经验以及参考国外行业情况，缺乏一套比较完善的针对医疗器械行业风投项目的评价体系，无形中加大了此类项目的投资风险，所以，本文希望通过研究出一套适合于医疗器械行业风投项目评估判断的体系，以此达到加强风险投资人对医疗器械行业整体的理解、指导医疗器械行业风险投资项目评估和判断工作、提高风险投资机构对医疗器械行业项目投资的效率的目的。本文研究的思路是：从我国医疗器械行业的快速发展和目前医疗器械行业风险投资现状出发阐述本文的研究背景，然后通过对我国医疗器械行业发展特点的深入研究，总结并剖析当前影响我国医疗器械行业企业发展和针对该行业风险投资项目评估的影响因素，结合国内外已有的相关研究结果，通过对多位经验丰富的风险投资人的问卷调查，总结并建立一个我国医疗器械行业风险投资项目价值评估判断的体系，最后再通过实际风险投资案例进行实证性研究。
英文摘要：	The concept of "venture capital" and industry originated in the United States, after the sixties and seventies of the 20th century, some are willing to exchange for high-risk high-return investment began to introduce this innovative form of investment. Relatively late in China, the development of the venture capital, only the true sense of the risk of investment appear until the 1990s, with the quality of enterprises in various industries mushroomed rapid development in recent years, China's economy has maintained sustained growth, China local venture capital industry has been rapid development with economic growth and technological progress. At the same time, the consumption level of the Chinese residents and consumer attitudes change, people's medical health consciousness gradually strengthen, combined with the accelerated process of population aging, the rising incidence of various diseases such hospitals and home medical equipment needs are growing rapidly . The 21st century, the overall pace of development of the medical device industry to speed up the overall growth of China's medical equipment industry in the last 10 years, more than six times, the industrial added value in the steady increase in the proportion of national GDP, China's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and "Twelfth Five-Year "industrial planning the development of the medical device industry on a very important position in China's medical equipment industry continued to maintain a rapid and stable growth will be driven by technological progress. In recent years, China's various risk investment institutions have gradually begun to medical-related industries as an important investment direction, especially in the medical device industry. Project investment for the medical device industry, most of the domestic venture capital institutions mostly rely on the experience of the investors and make reference to the situation of foreign trade, the lack of a set of comprehensive evaluation system for the medical device industry venture project, potentially increase the the risk of investment in such projects, so want to work out a suitable in the judgment of the medical device industry venture project evaluation system, in order to achieve the strengthening risk investors overall understanding of the medical device industry, guiding the medical device industry venture capital project evaluation and judgment to improve the efficiency of the purpose of the investment risk investment institutions on the medical device industry projects. The idea of this study: starting from the rapid development of China's medical equipment industry and the medical device industry risk investment in the status quo to elaborate on the research background, then summarize and dissect the current impact of medical equipment through the in-depth study of the development characteristics of China's medical device industry,enterprise development of the industry and for the industry risk investment project evaluation factors, combined with the existing research results at home and abroad, through a questionnaire survey on the number of experienced venture capitalists, summarized and the establishment of a medical device industry in China risk investment projectsvaluation judgment system, and finally through the actual risk of the investment case for empirical research.
