中文摘要:当前,全球化已成为世界经济的主旋律,金融壁垒逐渐消失,金融发展日趋自由。在这样的背景下,商业银行与保险公司在产品、业务、甚至资本上互相复合、渗透、融合,由此产生了银保合作业务。发展银保合作业务,一方面体现的是商业银行和保险公司合作产生的协同效应、规模经济、范围经济,更重要的是其是现代化金融集团进行技术创新、管理创新、制度创新的最佳选择之一。随着国内外商业银行和保险公司纷纷抢滩我国银保合作业务市场,市场竞争日趋白热化。公司客户作为银保合作业务的“蓝海”市场,更应受到商业银行和保险公司的高度重视。本文首先介绍了银保合作业务的相关概念;随后总体阐述了商业银行的公司客户银保合作业务现状;其次在对现阶段商业银行的公司客户银保合作业务存在的相关问题进行剖析的基础上,提出了对银保合作业务的发展策略,并进行相关分析;最后以交通银行股份有限公司推出的企业年金业务为例,具体分析商业银行针对公司客户开展的银保合作业务创新产品。本文采用了理论研究与实证分析相结合的方法,运用SWOT分析法、战略管理理论、竞争理论、客户关系理论等分析手段,对银保合作业务展开探讨。具体采用了文献调研、分析推理、案例分析等研究方法以保证研究的科学性。本文站在商业银行的视角,针对当前银保合作业务主要面向个人客户,并且局限于保费代收代付类的浅层合作的现象,对银保合作业务挖掘公司客户资源的可能性进行了探讨。本文指出,我国商业银行和保险公司应高度重视对公司客户的发展,制定统一的发展方向和战略,精诚合作,优势互补,使银保合作业务在激烈的市场竞争中取得主动,实现共赢。
