中文摘要:   竞争战略研究是当前经济学界、管理学界的研究热点和深入实践的重大课题。中国经济经历了三十多年的改革开放,已经有了长足的发展。人们的可支配收入也有了很大的提高,消费能力、消费观念也有了很大的改观。为此,中国企业的市场竞争战略也应当因时而动,做出相应调整,寻找突破和出路,并赢得发展先机。   本文以竞争战略理论为指导,以天下一喜婚庆有限公司为研究对象,通过对其在婚庆产业中的竞争战略以及竞争优势形成发展过程、现状和现存问题以及未来的发展目标进行分析,梳理出了天下一喜婚庆有限公司在婚庆行业的市场竞争战略,并提出落实竞争战略的实施对策。   本文描述了中国婚庆行业的发展现状,以及目前制约婚庆行业继续发展的几个因素。在分析和把握了行业相关情况的基础上,运用企业经营战略相关理论提出产业发展的相关对策,以求改善行业的经营模式和竞争环境,改善行业的盈利能力,进而使天下一喜婚庆有限公司能够在一个更加健康、有序、良好且高水平的环境下展开竞争,并保持竞争优势。   本论文共分为七章:第一章是绪论,主要阐述选题的背景和研究的意义以及研究的方法和研究的内容。第二章是回顾前辈学者对企业经营战略管理理论研究。第三章是企业外部环境分析。第四章是企业内部环境分析。第五章是天下一喜婚庆有限公司经营战略的选择过程。第六章是天下一喜婚庆有限公司战略制定和实施。第七章是研究结论与展望,对本文做出归纳总结和研究展望。   本文的创新点在于,通过理论与实际相结合的研究方法,阐述了天下一喜婚庆有限公司未来的战略设想,并提出了未来婚庆产业必将以品牌化竞争为发展前提,同时,提出了婚庆产业的相关产业如餐饮、住宿、婚纱摄影、蜜月旅行等相关产业相互配合的实行适度的相关多元化和纵向一体化经营战略,以保障运营过程中的服务质量和创新业务。从可操作和可推动性的角度对天下一喜婚庆有限公司保持竞争优势的发展战略的实施提出对策和建议。
