中文摘要: | 在经济全球化和以客户为中心的思想指导下,制造业的细分导致供应链的整合以适应日趋激烈的市场竞争。很多跨国企业通过对供应链战略优化整合,拥有成本领先和先于竞争对手响应客户需求的优势,占领和拓宽市场。供应链的这种变化对相关管理者的角色、职能和工作范畴都产生了巨大的影响,要求发生组织的变革以适应新的内外部环境,这种变革往往以组织创新的形式出现,产生新的组织架构,新的组织职能,以及组织与组织间的新型的关系。本文采取理论与实际相结合的研究方法,以H公司供应链的战略整合为案例,对其区域供应链从技术管理的角度提出了技术组织的创新模式。本文首先回顾了H公司供应链的现状,介绍了即将实施的按区域划分的全球供应链战略整合规划,分析了全球供应链技术组织现状与中国工厂的技术组织现状,指出其利弊。结合相关理论,提出了区域技术组织的基本架构和职能目标。在此基础上,结合亚太区供应链特点提出了亚太区技术组织的新架构、新职能和新职位,分析了每种职能与职位的匹配,与其他相关组织的合作关系,以及具体的工作职能。最后,提出了技术组织创新的实施模式,风险及其防范措施,在实施过程中可能遇到的阻力和消除阻力的办法。本研究打破了供应链上的技术组织以各业务单元为基础独立运行的模式,提出了区域性供应链技术组织的新架构和新职能,使新组织成为公司供应链战略的重要一环,对公司在市场竞争中取得优势起到促进作用。本研究的结果对公司其他区域的技术组织具有内部可复制性,对其他组织以区域性供应链管理为基础的组织创新具有现实的指导和借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | With the guidance of economy globalization and customer focus, manufacturing subdivision resulted supply chain integration to meet the requirement of aggressive marketing. A large number of international enterprises possess the advantage of lower cost and faster velocity than competitors, to hold or develop market. The changes of supply chain greatly inflect role, function and work scope of management. This requires organizational innovation to adapt the new changes of either internal or external circumstance, new organization structure, new functions, and new interaction with other organizations. The thesis associates both theory and practice based on strategic supply chain integration of H company, raised innovation mode of engineering organization. Firstly reviewed current situation of supply chain in H company, introduced the new strategic integration layout, analysis its engineering organizations of both global supply chain and China plant, finger out its advantages and disadvantages. Raised layout of regional engineering organization with new structure, target function and new positions associating characters of Asia-Pacific supply chain. Analyzed each function, position and collaboration with other organizations in details. At the end, raised implementation mode for the organizational innovation, analyzed risks and possible resistance, point out preventive actions and the way how to eliminate or mitigate the resistance. The research break previous independent operation mode of individual engineering organizations in supply chain, raised new structure and new functions of regional engineering organization which becomes key indicator of company strategy, to promote company competition. Result of the research could be copied by other engineering organizations for regional management, it also could be a guidance or a reference for other organizations who will manage regional supply chain. | |
