| 中文摘要: | 半导体新产品研发是一项处于一个相对开放和不确定的环境下的、一次性的、高风险的投资活动,而市场对产品生命周期的要求更加剧了这种风险。因此,半导体新产品研发关键路径的有效管理显得非常重要,合理地管理和控制关键路径是新产品研发项目管理的关键。 本论文的研究目在于结合FSL公司自身实际资源状况及项目要求去寻找新产品研发项目关键路径管理的方法和策略,通过将关键路径管理及其方法灵活地应用于具有创新意义的新产品研发活动中,从而能缩短新产品的研发周期来适应未来市场的需求。 本文首先对新产品项目关键路径管理的相关概念进行了归纳和分析,在此理论基础上,找出影响新产品研发项目关键路径的主要因素,详细分析其中部分因素及其对关键路径的影响。其次,针对传统的关键路径管理方法的不足,从应用的角度出发,尝试性地提出几点新产品研发关键路径的管理方法和措施。然后以FSL公司的实际应用为例,验证本论文的管理模型。最后,对全文进行了总结,并提出了进一步研究的方向。希望本论文研究的结果会FSL 新产品研发项目管理提供有益的启示,同时也能给同行业的企业的项目管理提供参考作用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | New product development for Semiconductor is a one time, high risk investment activities in a relative open and uncertain environment, however the product development cycle time requirement from market increase more and more risk for new product development. The efficient critical path management becomes more and more important, so reasonable management and control for critical path is the key for the NPI project management. The purposes for this paper is to looking for a method and strategy for critical path management base on FSL actual resources and project requirements, and apply it into the creative new product development activities to shorten the cycle time and adapt the changing market requirement. First at all, this thesis introduces and analysis the concept of critical path management for R&D project, and find out and analysis the main factors that will impact the critical path management. Secondly, base on insufficiency of traditional critical path management method, this paper try to bring up some ideas for critical path management method and strategy of R&D project from application point of view. And use the case of project management in FSL to validate the management model of this thesis. At last, summarize the thesis conclusion and take out the orientation for further study. Hopefully, the conclusion of this paper will not only benefit FSL R&D project management, but also can be used as project management reference for same industrial. | |
