| 中文摘要: | 摘 要 随着经济的全球化,信息技术的迅猛发展,我国的市场环境也随之发生了剧烈的变化,这些因素使得企业要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地必须将传统的经营思路,即以生产和产品为中心转变为面对客户个性化需求的定制化生产。在市场经济的发展过程中,客户在产品需求方面已经呈现出个性化及多样化的趋势。供应商在整个供应链中占据着重要地位,是决定企业成败的关键。有效的供应商管理可以降低企业成本、提高质量、柔性生产、快速响应客户要求。由此可见,如何能加强同供应商的关系,选择到优秀的供应商为企业服务,成为企业增加自身竞争力的一个重要因素。 在传统的管理中,对供应商的选择以价格因素作为首要选择条件,以降低采购成本提高利润作为最终目的。而在供应链管理的思想下,企业要想在竞争中取得胜利必须同供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系。通过分享信息加强沟通来达到双赢的目的。本文阐述了下列概念及理论:供应链,供应链管理,供应商关系管理,采购及采购管理理论等。对在供应链环境下企业如何与供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系进行了分析。本文涉及的供应商管理方面的问题有:如何对供应商进行选择与评价,对供应商存在的问题进行分析和解决。 本文通过对SK公司经营现状的分析,并附加公司所在行业的背景分析,基于供应链管理方面的知识,发掘出SK公司在供应商管理方面存在的问题,一一提出解决方案及后续效果的检测手段。首先,对SK公司所在行业简单描述,分析行业背景,产品特点及供应商的选择特点。其次,对SK公司目前存在的问题进行分析。依据SK公司供应商自身特点,找出内部供应商及外部供应商的特点及存在的问题。最后,根据不同供应商的特点及问题提出切实可行的解决方案及效果的监测手段。在此过程中,可以达到改进供应商管理状况及提升企业供应商管理水平的目的。 企业必须认识到供应商管理的重要性,这是现代企业面临激烈市场竞争并能取得胜利的法宝。本文的讨论,旨在对SK公司供应商管理工作起到参考的作用,同时也希望能够对本行业的供应商管理提供参考借鉴。 关键词:供应链管理 供应商关系管理 采购管理 | |
| 英文摘要: | Abstract With the globalization of economy and rapid development of information technology, our domestic marketing environment changed dramatically. In order to win in the fierce competition, enterprises have to change their traditional business model, which is based on production and products to the personalized demand of customers. In the process of market development, the customer’s demand of product shows the tendency of personalized and diversity which evolved into the competition between enterprises to the supply chain. Suppliers throughout the supply china, plays an important role and is the key to business success. Effective supplier management can reduce cost, improve quality, flexible production and quick response to customer requirements. From what we have mentioned above we will see if we can strengthen the relationship with the supplier and also select the best supplier to service for the enterprise, the enterprise will increase their competitiveness. In traditional management, the choice of suppliers only bases on price, aimed to reducer purchase cost and to increase profits as the ultimate goal. In this case, the enterprises and suppliers stand in opposites. Under the idea of supply chain management, the enterprises must establish strategic cooperative partnership with suppliers and enhance communication through the sharing of information to achieve a win-win. This paper describes the following concepts: supply chain, supply chain management, supplier relationship management, procurement and procurement management theory. The paper also analyzes how to establish strategic cooperative partnership with suppliers in the supply chain environment. Supplier management issues mentioned in the paper list as: the selection and evaluation of suppliers, analyze and problems solution. This paper analyzes the operation status of SK company and also the industry background analysis. Based on the theory of supply chain management, this paper explores the problems of SK company in supplier management and also find proposed solutions for the detection and follow-up effect means. First, there is a brief introduction of the industry background, characters of the products and suppliers. Secondly, this paper analyzes the existing problems of supplier management which were based on the characters of internal and outside suppliers. Finally, according to the characters and problems of different suppliers, I propose practical solutions and effect monitoring tools. In this process, we can improve the supplier management and enhance the level of supplier management. Enterprises must recognize the importance of supplier management, this is a magic weapon if the company would like to win in the fierce competition. The discussion in the paper aims to play a reference role of SK company supplier management and also hope can provide a reference for the whole industry.
