中文摘要:摘 要天津市津能双鹤热力设备有限公司(简称津能双鹤公司),是天津市津能投资公司的控股企业,注册资本5000万元,通过ISO9001:2008国际质量体系认证,是换热机组国家标准的参编单位。天津市津能投资公司从1992年正式运营以来,以能源产业政策和市场需求为导向,大力实施政府能源产业规划,以电源、热源、油气源、新能源,即“四源”产业为主,不断超越。至2011年底,公司本部注册资本由成立时的3亿元增至41.87亿元,权益资产总额由9亿元增至465亿元。津能双鹤公司生拥有先进的生产工艺及生产设备,换热机组年生产能力可达到千台以上,公司在天津市热电联产集中供热行业内换热机组市场占有率为90%以上,为天津市的热电联产集中供热发展做出了很大的贡献。目前,津能双鹤公司拥有员工70余人,其中暖通空调、热力、仪表、电气自动化等专业的本科及研究生占据员工总数的1/3。在售后服务方面,公司拥有功能完善的售后服务中心及资深的售后服务团队,本着“全覆盖、全天候、全满意”的服务宗旨,在产品的安装调试及后期维护上,运用丰富的服务经验与过硬的技术手段,切实贴心为用户解决每问题,来保证产品的正常运行。但是在公司的运行之中,绩效考核体系一直不是很健全,因此本文的意义就在于从绩效考核体系的重建和完善的基础上来帮助津能双鹤公司实现自身的盈利和集团企业的战略布局。本论文针对津能双鹤公司进行具体的个例研究,在进行了绩效考核体系的基本理论梳理之后,转而对津能双鹤公司的具体所处环境进行了详尽可观的分析,并且试图结合集团公司的战略导向来进行目标公司津能双鹤公司的绩效考核体系的重建和完善。最后,本文提出津能双鹤公司绩效考核体系的保障措施体系。理由是绩效考核体系的建立除了有上述的基本理论背景,以及实际的案例分析和重新设计之外,还需要在目标公司内部建立一个完整的绩效管理(考核)保障体系。 关键词:绩效考核 绩效考核体系优化 津能双鹤公司  
英文摘要:Abstract Jinneng Shuanghe Heat Equipment Limited Corporation, having been through the ISO9001:2008 system, is hold by Jinneng Investment Company which was founded in 1992 and has advanced to be a integrated company based on the 4 sources: electricity, oil, gas and new energy. By 2011, the registered capital of Jinneng Shuanghe Ltd has reached 50 million RMB while that of Jinneng is 4.187 billions RMB. And the aggregate equity assets of Jinneng has reached 4.65 billions RMB from 0.9 billion in 1992 which helps both of the company to a new level. Furthermore, Jinneng Shuanghe Ltd has a strong productivity of heat transfer equipment that earns itself the 90% of the market Jinneng Shuanghe are of heat transfer equipment of the heat suppliers of Tianjin, China. Now, there are nearly 70 workers among whom the ones who have bachelor’s degree and master’s degree occupy the 1/3 in the field of air conditioners, heat power, panels and auto-heat of Jinneng Shuanghe Ltd. Although Jinneng Shuanghe Ltd has contributed a lot to the Heat Supply of Tianjin, there has not been a good performance assessment system established yet. First of all, the paper will focus on the theories about the “Performance”, “Performance” and “performance assessment system”. After that, it will move on the environmental analyze of Jinneng Shuanghe Ltd to make sure that it is good to focus on the current market which is likely to be extended. Then, modifying of the current performance assessment system based on the strategic positioning of Jinneng Shuanghe Ltd is the main topic of the paper. The final part od the paper is focused on the guaranteeing measures and systems which help to ensure the modified performance assessment system of Jinneng Shuanghe Ltd operation well.
