中文摘要：	随着中国经济的快速发展，行业结构急需调整，伴随着迫切程度加大，供应链融资改进在茶行业显得尤为重要。作为农产品的重要组成部分，茶产业对创业经济起到了至关重要的影响；我国的社会消费群体主要以零售消费者为主，茶产业经历着由基础消费者为主要构成对象的大众快消品的结构变革，应对着产业结构升级。茶叶，一种典型的农产品，历史悠久。近年来，随着茶深度加工技术的进步，其已跳出传统茶叶种植作坊式加工与简易销售的初级阶段，步入产品多元化、生产规模化、产业现代化的经济升级阶段。以茶元素为介质的茶产业，被赋予文化、保健产业价值特性，具备高经济产值销售品的特征，加之茶文化社会价值、产业升级经济价值等累加效应，对茶产业深度开发将给金融业创新者带来无法估量的价值空间。供应链的特征囊括从原料提供到消费者的整个流程，能够对信息、资金和物流统一管理。供应链金融可以对产业供应链中的某个或上下游的多个企业提供全面的金融服务，推进了茶供应链核心企业与茶配套企业之间的链条流转畅顺。本文主要研究对象是茶产业与供应链融资的融合，在研究中不断涌现出一些问题，已经严重的干扰茶产业的整合，为解决在实际工作中出现的问题，以运筹学、经济管理学、战略管理以及管理学等理论为基础，并结合实际的工作经验，对茶企业的运营现状进行反复思考和论证，通过国内发展案例的借鉴，结合我国的国情，提出解决问题的方案和建议。中国民生银行是首家在茶产业领域成立专业化管理机构的商业银行，选择茶产业进行金融战略调整，将充分发挥中国民生银行金融事业部的专业与整合优势，并为茶产业链开发和茶产业加速升级提供综合的财务金融服务。把供应链上的企业作为一个整体，根据交易中构成的链条关系和行业特点设定融资方案，将资金有效注入与供应链相关的企业，提供灵活金融产品和服务的一种融资创新方案；影响茶产业升级，分享茶产业快速整合期的中长期超额收益。
英文摘要：	With China's rapid economic development, industry structure adjustment needs to be done as quickly as possible and supply chain financing improvement in the tea industry becomes more important. As an important part of agricultural products, tea industry is crucial on the entrepreneurial economy; retail customers are main part of consumer groups, tea industry experienced by the consumer base for the main components of the object's mass FMCG structural change, coping with the upgrading of the industrial structure. Tea is a typical agricultural product which has a long history. In recent years, along with the tea deep processing technology, it has to jump out of the traditional tea cultivation processing and sales of mill type simple primary stage, into a product diversification, scale of production, and modernization of industry economy to upgrade stage. Because tea is the high value product and endowed with the cumulative effects of culture and health care industry values and the value of industry upgrading, the innovations in financing the tea industry will bring immeasurable value space. The characteristics of supply chain cover the process from raw materials to consumers and manage the information, funds and logistics. Supply chain finance can provide comprehensive financial services for Industry Supply Chain for any company in upstream or downstream supply chain and promote supply chain move smoothly between the core companies and ancillary companies. This paper mainly focuses on the research of tea industry and supply chain finance integration. There are some problems which have serious interference on tea industry integration. In the paper we put forward some solutions and suggestions under the national condition of our country using operations research, economics and management, strategic management and management science theory and combining with actual work experience and foreign business cases. China Minsheng Bank is the first one which has established professional management mechanism for tea industry in commercial banks, choosing to adjust tea industry financial strategy will give full play to financial professional business of China Minsheng Bank,not only in the integrated advantage, but also for the tea industry chain development Accelerating the upgrading of tea industry is to provide comprehensive financial services. Taking the enterprises on the supply chain as a whole, according to the transaction chain formed by relation and industry characteristic setting of financial plan, there will be effective capital injection and supply chain related enterprises to provide a flexible financial products and services of a financing innovation ,sharing excess income in the long-term .
