| 中文摘要: | 医药产业是国民经济的重要组成部分,是我国发展最快的产业之一,我国医药行业市场潜力巨大。随着我国国民经济的持续增长、人口老龄化的加速、医疗体制改革的实施,我国医药行业将持续高速增长,医药行业将会得到更好的发展。但目前我国大多数制药企业整体水平低,产业结构不够合理,产能过剩,创新能力不强,这些问题将严重影响我国医药行业的进一步快速发展。同时,国际化进程逐渐加快及国内医药市场竞争的日益激烈。上述变化和挑战都不同程度存在于华立达公司的竞争中。在这种情况下,如何通过企业竞争优势的研究,塑造该企业的核心竞争力,突破制约瓶颈,实现新的飞跃,是本文研究的宗旨。 本文是针对作为制药行业的中小型企业的华立达公司进行竞争战略研究。在外部环境分析中使用PEST的分析方法,在产业环境分析中运用波特的五力模型,在对内部环境分析时,对产品和价值链的优劣势进行全面的剖析,再结合企业资源和能力,通过对各种工具的运用与环境关系因素的分析,力求找到符合企业发展的可行战略。在对企业竞争战略的选择时,运用波特竞争理论进行分析,选择适宜华立达公司的竞争战略。根据选定的竞争战略,运用驱动因素列表分析,进行价值链构建,形成构建价值链的系统对策。同时,也分析了企业的资源和能力,进行战略资源与核心能力的构建与提升。 通过本文的分析和研究,希望有助于发现华立达公司在目前战略管理中实际所存在的主要问题和深层次原因。通过具体解决对策的理论分析和论证,找到今后应改善和提高的有效手段,从而不断提升华立达公司产品的市场竞争力。本文的研究结论对其他中小型制药企业也有一定借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Pharmaceutical industry is a significant part of national economy and is one of the fastest developing industries. Domestic market potential of pharmaceutical industry is enormous. With the sustainable growth of our national economy, increase of aging and implement of medicine structural reform, our pharmaceutical industry will increase at a high speed continuously and develop better. But, at present there are many problems will influence seriously the further development of our pharmaceutical industry, such as the low level of most pharmaceutical companies, the unreasonable industrial structure, the overcapacity and the low innovation ability. Meanwhile, internationalization process is accelerated gradually and domestic medicine market competition is fierce day by day. Above changes and challenges of different level exist in the competition of Tianjin Hualida Biotechnology Co., Ltd. In this case, the purpose of this thesis is shaping the core competency of this company, breaking through the bottleneck constraints and realizing the new leap through the studies on competitive advantages. This thesis is for the competitive strategy study of Tianjin Hualida Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as a small and medium-sized enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry. This thesis uses the PEST analytic method to analyze the external environment and the Porter’s five forces model to analyze the industry environment. For the internal environment analysis, combining the analysis of resource and capacity analyze the strength and weakness of products and value chain comprehensively. Through use of a variety of tools and environmental factors analysis, strive to find the suitable development strategy for the company. This thesis use Porter’s competitive theory to select a suitable competitive strategy for Tianjin Hualida Biotechnology Co., Ltd. According to the selected competitive strategy, carry out the value chain construction and form systematic measures. Besides, construct and promote the strategic resource and core competency. Through the analysis and research, I hope it is useful to find the principal problems and deep-seated reasons existed in current strategic positioning and current management operating of Tianjin Hualida Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Through the theory analysis and demonstration of specific countermeasures, find the effective means to improve and enhance, so as to continuously enhance the market competitiveness of the products.
