中文摘要:随着市场经济的快速发展,市场环境千变万化,工程施工项目管理面临着前所未有的挑战,无论是施工安全,质量还是施工进度,其是否能得到有效控制都直接关系到整个施工过程的项目施工成本,而项目施工过程成本控制作为整个成本控制的基础和前提,影响和作用十分重要,已经是学术界和项目管理者最为关心和需要面对的重要课题。由于施工项目具有工期长,费用高,情况复杂多变等特点,如何加强施工项目的成本控制,并平衡好质量、成本和进度三者之间的关系是施工项目管理的重点,决定着项目的最终成败。本文首先简要陈述了施工项目管理在国内外的发展现状以及施工项目成本管理的一些基本理论,阐述了施工项目成本控制的基本流程和控制原则,对施工项目的三个重要因素:成本、质量、进度之间的相互关系进行了论证。本文还介绍了在施工项目管理实践当中经常运用的各种成本控制方法,以及这些方法的利弊,重点介绍了能兼顾成本和进度控制的一种项目成本控制方法-挣值法,这种方法克服了传统成本控制方法只关注成本控制的缺点,通过计算施工过程中某一时点的成本偏差和进度偏差,将工程项目中的进度和成本控制相结合,为管理者实时监控项目成本和进度以及预测项目成本未来发展趋势提供了有效的方法。本文接着以T电梯公司为例,介绍了T电梯公司安装流程以及安装成本控制现状,根据T电梯公司的实际情况提出成本控制问题,并针对这些问题作了具体的分析并给出一些建议。最后,本文引入了挣值法模型,以T电梯公司的一个安装项目为例,通过运用项目S曲线、成本、进度偏差表以及绩效指数分析等工具对项目成本各阶段的进展情况进行了分析,预测了改进后的效果,对实际工作有一定的指导意义。 
英文摘要:Along with the soar of market economy and the complex environment of uncertainty, the project management is facing enormous challenges, how to balance the project construction’s safety, quality and construction process,directly relate to the cost control of the whole project. However, cost control is the basis and premise of cost management, how to effectively control the cost of the construction project has become the most urgent needs and an urgent subject to the project management. Since construction project has the characteristics of long duration, high cost and complexity, how to enhance the cost control of construction project and balance the quality, cost and construction process is very important to construction project management, which will determine final success or failure of a project. First, this thesis briefly stated the history of the project management and some famous theory of project cost control, introduces the basic flow and principle of construction project cost control, and also demonstrates the relationship between the most three important factors of cost control: cost, quality and construction process. It also introduces several very practical cost control methods and discusses the advantage and disadvantage of these methods, emphasis a very useful methods-Earned Value Method, which overcomes the shortcoming of traditional cost control method, makes connection between cost and process control of a project, provide development trend of construction project for managements. And then, this thesis takes T Elevator Company as an example, introduces T Company’s installation process and installation cost control status, and gives some suggestions according to its current cost control issues. At last, the thesis introduces a very popular method of project cost control – Earned Value Methods and brings forward an example of Elevator installation project in order to explain the application of Earned Value method in a project with the new thought of new project control. In this example, project S curve, performance index, cost and time windage table are used to analyze the complexion of project, it gives predictive impact after using this method and can give guidance on practice.
