中文摘要：	从21世纪之后，由于经济水平不断提高，机械制造水平获得了突破性的发展。中国工厂的产品在保持价格优势的基础之上，已经逐渐可以达到发达国家的技术标准。在这个过程中，全球范围内竞争越发白热化，原材料相对匮乏造成了成本持续的提高，劳动力价格不断提高及环境保护标准持续提升对制造业公司的生产经营产生了非常恶劣的影响。因为全球范围内采购运输效率得到了有力的保障，跨国公司由于各方面不确定因素的影响，希望能够和中国建立良好的关系，最大限度实现共赢，同时慢慢把先前从欧美采购的零部件从中国进行采购。近年来，很多外资公司从中国确定恰当的供应商，SEW企业即为非常典型的一个。本文根据对发达国家采购管理相关理论的研究及作者本身工作实践，对SEW中国公司采购管理的具体现状进行了阐述，并系统研究跨国采购相关政策及具体操作，总结了现阶段SEW中国公司采购管理存在的不足并提出了相应的优化措施。。本文首先学习研究总结国外知名学者的采购管理实践和相关理论，其次介绍SEW中国公司背景，采购业务流程，采购管理现状，分析其存在的问题，再针对以上SEW中国公司采购管理存在的问题提出相应的优化方案，最后对于以上优化方案提出绩效评估。本文从采购、供应商管理及采购运输等角度系统论述SEW企业采购管理实际活动，为不断提高SEW企业采购管理水平奠定了坚实的基础，另外对外资公司从中国采购能够产生非常显著的影响。本文的研究目的在于为国内一些管理相对落后的制造业企业展示出值得借鉴的成本控制方法和采购管理模式，为其进行国际采购业务提供了可靠的实战素材。
英文摘要：	From the 21st century later, because of the economic level enhances unceasingly, manufacturing won the breakthrough development, China factory products from constantly maintain price advantage basis, slowly developed countries can achieve the technology standard. In this process, from the global scope competition all the more surprising, lack of relative raw materials caused costs continue to improve, the labor price continuously improve and environment protection standard continued ascension for the company's production and management work produced very bad influence. Because the global scope purchasing transport efficiency got the powerful safeguard, multinational companies because of the uncertain factors, hope to establish good relations with China, utmost realize a win-win situation, and at the same time the previous slowly from Europe and the United States purchasing parts from China for purchase. In recent years, the majority of foreign companies from China to determine appropriate suppliers, SEW enterprise which is a very typical. Based on the developed countries purchasing management related theory and practice, according to SEW enterprise specific situation, the system, the study of transnational procurement policies and specific operation. First, this system SEW enterprise procurement control structure construction, carry out the process and effect examination. The second paper supplier judgment and potential suppliers present situation, and at the same time, system analysis supplier performance evaluation and adjustment measures, the third discusses the SEW enterprise purchase transportation control, show that the processing present purchasing transport related policy.
