中文摘要:自改革开放以来,我国居民财富积累速度逐步加快,资产保值增值的意愿也日趋加强。银行理财产品以其具有的投资多样、风险可控的特点,为广大投资者所青睐。在2006至2011的五年间,产品发行数量增长了16.30倍,年复合增长率为76.79%。理财产品发行规模从2006年的4000亿元猛增到2011年的16.49万亿,年复合增长率为110.39%。除发行数量增长迅猛之外,理财产品的结构类型也日趋多样,投资方向由债券、新发行股票、信贷资产类等资产,逐步扩展到境外债券及股权市场,产品结构也日趋复杂,内部收益分层以及内嵌衍生产品等创新型产品结构不断涌现。 与此同时,随着利率市场化改革的不断深入,商业银行传统依赖存贷款利差的经营模式不可持续,以获取中间业务收入为特点的理财业务逐渐成为近些年来商业银行发展的重点。这些有力的因素都为C银行开展理财业务创造了有利的条件。快速发展的同时,C银行也面临着产品设计缺乏创新、客户需求分析不足和风险控制落后等问题,加大理财产品创新力度、重视理财产品规划设计是解决理财产品未来发展问题的重点。 本文首先阐述了选题背景和选题意义,在概述了与银行理财产品相关的理论基础和文献资料后,通过论述我国银行理财产品发展的现状,总结出C银行发展理财业务的机遇和存在问题。然后,在对投资资产特征、银行客户特征、风险结构特征以及外部因素进行细致分析的基础上,通过案例的方式阐述了C银行规划设计的三种类型理财产品,分别为资产驱动型产品、市场驱动型产品以及客户驱动型产品型。最后,总结提出C银行规划理财产品的建议以及新思路。 
英文摘要:Since reform and opening up, Chinese residents' wealth accumulation gradually faster, the will of wealth retainment and development is also increasing. Banking products with its diversified investment and risk-controlled, is favored by investors. In the five years from 2006 to 2011, the number of product issued increased 16.3 times, compound annual growth rate of 76.79%. Financial products issued from 400 billion Yuan in 2006 soared to 16490 billion in 2011, compound annual growth rate of 110.39%. In addition to the rapid increase in issued, the structural types of financial products are becoming increasingly diverse, investment fields from bonds, shares with IPOs, credit assets, gradually expands to overseas bond and stock markets, product structures are also becoming complex, differentiation on internal layer as well as embedded derivatives and other innovative product structures are emerging continuously. Meanwhile, with the deepening reform of interest rate marketization, the traditional commercial banks business model which is reliance on deposit and loan interest rates is unsustainable, financing business characterized by getting intermediate income became the focus business for commercial banks in recent years. These benefit factors have created strong conditions for C Bank’s wealth management businesses development. While rapid development, C Bank also faced many of questions such as lack of innovation, customer analysis insufficient and risk control lagging behind, strengthening the financial product innovation, emphasis on planning and design of financial products is the key to solve the problem. The paper first sets out the background and significance of topic selection. After addressing related theories and literature, by outlining Chinese banking product development's present situation, summarized C Bank financing business development’s opportunities and problems. Then, on the basis of detailed analysis of the investment assets, bank customers, risk structure and external risk factors, analyzed three types of financial products of C bank, namely asset-driven, market-driven and customer-driven products. Finally, summarizing the recommendations and new ideas on C Bank financial products’ development.
