| 中文摘要： | 随着中国船舶设备市场的迅速扩大，船舶设备制造企业间的竞争日趋激烈。企业在增加市场份额，扩大公司规模的同时，企业财务风险也随之而来。财务风险的控制已经成为企业日常管理中一个非常重要的课题。 造成船舶设备制造企业财务风险的因素，主要来自于企业外部和企业内部两大方面。就企业外部来说，主要由于复杂多变的外部环境，如生产成本的持续快速上升、环保要求的日趋严格、市场竞争日趋激烈、自然灾害风险的巨大破坏作用，以及货币政策、汇率波动造成的影响等。就企业内部因素来说，主要存在于决策、管理、人员、财务四大方面。 对财务风险的控制研究包括搭建财务风险控制体系和采取适当的控制策略。利用控制环境、目标设定、风险评估、控制活动、信息沟通和监控这六项变量作为控制要素搭建控制体系。采用风险回避策略、风险接受策略、风险防范策略和风险转嫁策略来控制财务风险。 鉴于项目生产是企业现金流入的全部来源以及现金流出的主要构成，以及搞好项目管理，控制项目风险，对于船舶设备制造企业财务风险预控的重要性，本文研究了企业项目生产风险控制措施。 文章还以麦基嘉奔溯（天津）海洋工程设备有限公司为案例，具体阐述了当前海洋船舶设备制造企业的财务风险和控制措施。 | |
| 英文摘要： | Recently, the marine equipment manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly with expanding scope. Enterprises try every way to expand market share, expand the size of the company. At the same time, financial risks arise accordingly. Financial risk control has already become one of the most significant subjects in the daily management of the business enterprises. The factors that lead to the financial risk of the marine equipment manufacturing enterprises mainly from two aspects: internal and external aspects of the enterprises. External factors mainly refer to Complex and ever-changing external environment, such as the increasing cost of the production, stricter standard of environmental protection, severe competition of market, huge destruction of natural disaster risk, and monetary policy & exchange rate, etc. Internal factors briefly lie in four aspects, that is, decision-making, management, staff and financial problems. Research for the financial risk control includes financial risk management system set up and taking appropriate control strategy. Environmental control, goal setting, risk assessment, control activities, information communication and monitoring these six variables are control factors. The use of control factors can set up the financial risk management system. Adopt strategies of risk avoid strategy, risk accept strategy, risk prevention strategy and risk shift strategy to control the financial risk. As the project is the whole income of enterprises and the main constitution of monetary output, and it is important to improve project management and control project risk, this paper analyze the enterprise project risk control measures.
