中文摘要: | 随着市场经济的不断发展,劳动关系逐渐呈现出多种多样的形式。劳务派遣作为近年来一种新的用工形式,它被许多企业所接纳并采用,特别是金融危机爆发之后得到迅猛的发展。劳务派遣的用工模式早产生于国外,在1978 年我国实现改革开放引进外资后,逐步传入中国并首先在外资企业中实行。新劳动合同法颁布以前的劳动合同法对于劳务派遣也有所规定,“劳务派遣工只适合临时性、辅助性、替代性岗位”,但是由于劳务派遣这种用工模式的强大吸引力,使得诸多企业纷纷采用并扩大使用劳务派遣员工的范围。天津康特劳务服务有限公司就在这个社会背景下应运而生。本文以分析劳务派遣发展历程为线索,提出劳务派遣在国内的现状。又参考我国相关的法律对于劳务派遣的规定及解释,以研究劳务派遣在用工单位、派遣单位、派遣人员这三个层次之间遇到的各种问题的分析为例,提出各种相应的解决方案。通过康特公司派遣用工管理,分析康特公司派遣用工管理的利弊得失,根据利弊得失情况,做出一些相应的改善措施和解决方案。作者通过本文的分析研究,以康特的实际情况为基础,为提高康特劳务派遣公司用工管理水平,改善派遣制员工就业质量,满足用工单位的需求,促进用工单位在人力资源管理方面的健康可持续发展提供一些有益的参考。同时,本文也可为其他劳务派遣公司,提供一些具有专业性的建议和参考。 | |
英文摘要: | With the continuous development of market economy, labor relations are gradually showing a wide variety of forms. Labor dispatch, as recent years a new form of employment, is for many enterprises to accept and adopt, especially after the outbreak of the financial crisis. Dispatch of employment patterns was created abroad, and gradually introduced to China, the first foreign-funded enterprises in the implementation of China's reform and opening in 1978, the introduction of foreign capital.
