中文摘要:随着金融体制改革的进一步深化,以及多家外资银行进入国内,银行业的竞争日趋激烈。但是全球经济形式发展的不确定性,以及央行将继续降息的预期,都对传统的银行业务品种产生了影响,因此找到银行新的利润增长点是各家银行发展的关键要素。改革开放以来,我国产生了大量的新富裕阶层,这部分客户有大量的理财产品需求,但是国内的银行,却没有能充分满足这部分客户需求的产品和服务,根据著名的二八法则,即20%的客户能为银行创造80%的利润,私人银行业务利润在零售业务利润中占较大比例,蕴含着广阔的市场前景。国内银行若要在下一阶段的竞争中突出重围,取决于能否开发出满足私人银行客户需求的产品,实现私人银行客户主动定制化理财产品。 本文主要采用理论和实际相结合的方式,通过文献查阅、图表分析和案例分析的方法,在回顾国内外私人银行发展状况的基础上,指出我国私人银行发展的最大瓶颈就是产品创新,目前的产品研发还停留在复制阶段,没有在有效客户细分的基础上,开发符合国内客户特点的定制化理财产品。另外,国内私人银行由于起步晚,对各种金融工具的应用也并不充分。 本文的创新点主要在于客户细分和个性化的定制化理财产品设计,希望能为国内各家银行发展私人银行业务起到启示作用。开发基于顾客细分的私人银行定制化理财产品有利于我国私人银行吸引高端客户,防止高端客户资源外流,促进各家银行良性发展,并推动金融行业改革的步伐,对经济发展具有深远意义。第二章对顾客细分理论、生命周期理论和产品组合理论进行了介绍,并对国内和国外私人银行的相关文献进行回顾。第三章介绍国外私人银行定制化理财产品种类和实例,并对国内私人银行定制化理财产品种类和存在的问题进行分析。第四章提出在顾客细分的基础上设计我国私人银行定制化理财方案。第五章以渤海银行为例,分析渤海银行私人银行业务的现状和存在的问题。然后制定私人银行定制化理财设计流程,并对渤海银行顾客进行细分,而且进行家庭产品组合规划的实例分析。最后介绍了渤海银行私人银行业务的风险控制和保障措施。  
英文摘要:As far as the financial system reform and several foreign Banks’ entry, banking competition is becoming fierce in China. However, with impact of the uncertainty global economy and interest-cutting policy of the central bank, the traditional banking products can not secure competitive advantage of domestic bank. Developing new profit-growth products is the key elements for banks. Since the reform and opening-up, a large number of the new rich class occurs in our country, this part of customers have a lot of financial demand , but the domestic bank products cannot fully meet them. Reference to the experience of international famous banks’ development shows that profit from retail business represents a significant proportion of private banking total margin in recent years, private banking contains huge business opportunities and broad market prospection. This paper mainly uses the integration of theoretical and practical ways, by the approach of consulting literature materials, chart analysis and case analysis, pointing out that the biggest bottleneck of private bank development is lacking of product innovation, the level of current product development is still in the stage of copying foreign bank products mode, not focus on effective customer segmentation of the market survey. Domestic banks need full study of customer demands, and develop customized product portfolio according to different domestic customers. In addition, because of the late starts of the domestic private banks, insufficient using of financial tools. Customer segmentation and customized product portfolio of the private bank takes advantageous to private Banks in order to attract and keep high-end customers , create new profit growth point, and also promote the sound development of the Banks as well. It has a profound significance in promoting the progress of the financial industry reform and the economic development. The second chapter introduces customer segmentation theory, life cycle theory and portfolio theory, meanwhile, it also review the literature of the domestic and foreign private banks. The third chapter describes the types and instances of the customized financial products of foreign private banks, analyses the types and problems which the customized financial products of domestic private banks have, and sum up the causes for the problems. On this basis, the fourth chapter proposes the design of private banking customer segmentation based on the customized financial solutions. The fifth chapter takes Bohai Bank as an example to introduce the situation of Bohai Bank and Bohai private bank on the basis of the analysis result before in order to analyses the current situation and the problems of the private banking business in Bohai Bank. And develops the customized financial design flow of the private bank, segments Bohai Bank customer, and makes the instances analysis of the family portfolio planning. In conclusion, introduces the risk control and safeguards measures of private business of Bohai Bank.
