中文摘要：	近几年随着施工市场的放量和施工的机械化水平要求越来越高，国内大型履带式起重机的数量骤增，但由于司机的操作水平不高，部分公司管理不严，再加上这些履带式起重机中有一部分是国产设备，设备制造缺陷较多，给大型履带式起重机的安全运行留下了隐患，并发生了很多起安全事故，给公司财产造成了重大损失，给员工生命造成了严重威胁。基于以上原因，本文试图对大型履带式起重机的安全管理进行研究，减少事故率，保证员工生命安全和财产不受损失。本文通过查阅大量相关文件及书籍，首先对安全管理的理论进行了简单的梳理和回顾，其次通过分析大型履带式起重机在使用各环节存在的独特性安全要求，归纳总结出人的因素、物的因素、环境因素和管理因素这四类主要影响因素，提出了大型履带式起重机在项目实施过程中安全管理的系统方案，包括安全管理目标和计划制定、危险源辨识、危险源评价、针对评价结果的应对方案以及为实现持续改进的控制方案。为使方案切实落地执行，提出了相应的保障措施，包括组织及制度保障、技术及设施保障、人员及执行保障、社会保障。最后结合企业实际案例，作了具体地阐述说明。本文旨在探索符合中国国情的大型履带式起重机在项目实施过程中的安全管理模式，为企业提供参考和借鉴，从而致力于提高大型履带式起重机在项目实施过程中的安全规范管理，为建设工程项目特种起重设备的安全使用运营贡献一份力量。 关键词：大型履带式起重机，安全管理，企业安全文化，安全管理技术与方法
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the heavy volume of the construction market and the increasingly high demand for construction mechanization level, the number of large crawler cranes surges domestically. However, due to the limited operation level of the drivers, the poor management of some companies, and part of these crawler cranes are domestic equipment, the manufacturing defect of the equipment is much, which leaves a hidden danger to the safe operation of large crawler cranes, and a lot of security incidents occurred, which caused significant damage to the property of company, posed a serious threat to the life of the staff. Based on the above reasons, this paper attempts to do some research to the safety management of large crawler cranes, to reduce the accident rate, to ensure the employees life safety and property from damage. By access to large amounts of literature and books, this article makes some simple study and review to the safety management theory firstly, then by analyzing the existing unique security requirement when the large crawler cranes were used in every step, summarized four main influencing factors which are factors of people, object, environment and management, put forward the system program of safety management of large crawler cranes in the process of the implementation of the project, including the formulation of safety management objectives and plans, identification of risk sources, evaluation of risk sources, the response program to the evaluation results and the control program for achieving the continuous improvement. For the effective implementation of the program, the article puts forward the appropriate safeguard, including organizational and institutional safeguard, technology and facilities protection, persons and the implementation safeguard, social safeguard. At last, combining with the actual case in company, the article a specially explanation. The article aims at exploring in line with Chinese national conditions safety management model of large crawler cranes in the process of the implementation of the project, providing reference for the company, thereby committing to improve management of safety norms of large crawler cranes in the process of the implementation of the project, making a contribution to the safe use and operations of special lifting equipment in construction projects.
