| 中文摘要: | 商业银行资产业务、负债业务和中间业务共同构成了其业务的三大支柱,其中中间业务的起步发展较晚,但却是最具创新性和活力的业务形式。目前世界银行业的形式,金融全球化、金融信息化、监管的放松化趋势明显,这也造成了整个行业竞争的日趋激烈。而资产和负债业务因利差的减小,收益的空间逐渐被挤压。因此积极发展中间业务已成了银行业的共识。我国商业银行最近几年的发展中,也是可以明显感觉到对中间业务发展的重视,无论是从各商业银行对中间业务的投入,还是各银行推出中间业务产品的种类来看,中间业务在我国我国的商业银行中都有了巨大的发展,取得了不错的成绩。在此背景下,研究我国商业银行中间业务的发展和创新,更好的服务于我国商业银行的发展,就有了很重要的意义。本篇文章以我国商业银行的创新为研究对象,通过对金融创新和中间业务创新理论的研究和阐述,结合我国商业银行中间业务发展的现状并对比国外商业银行的先进经验,指出我国商业银行中间业务发展过程中的问题和不足,并据此提出针对性的措施和建议,宗旨是通过创新更好的发展中国我国商业银行的中间业务。除论文摘要外,本文共包括五章的内容,分别是:论文第一章中简述了研究背景和研究的目的,当前我国国内银行业竞争加剧,银行监管逐步放开,利率市场化也是大势所趋,在资产和负债业务增长逐步放缓之际,中间业务的发展却呈现加速发展态势,中间业务发展水平已成为衡量一家银行经营理念、风险管理能力、业务创新能力、市场竞争能力等经营稳健程度和经营效率的重要标准。因此发展创新中间业务成为了各家银行的必然趋势。本文的研究目的主要是为了更好的发展中间业务,创新业务形式,从而加强我国商业银行的核心竞争力,使我国商业银行更加健康的发展。论文的第二章就中间业务创新的概念及相关的研究理论做一简要的描述。论文的第三章对西方发达银行的中间业务发展现状及我国商业银行中间业务的发展现状进行了对比,指出我国商业银行发展中间业务的制约因素,及我国国内商业银行相较于其他银行发展中间业务创新的优势和劣势。发达国家先进银行的中间业务在上世纪80年代以后迅速发展,表现出的特点主要有:中间业务的产品种类多样化; 高科技信息技术与传统银行业务结合; 中间业务总量平衡增长; 客户服务个性化等等。国内银行的中间业务发展特点主要有:国内银行中间业务发展迅速;中间业务占比呈逐年上升的均势,但总体占比仍然不高;国内银行中间业务产品的同质化倾向严重;国内银行中间业务产品科技含量低,技术手段落后,有待更进一步提高等等。我国商业银行中间业务发展的制约因素主要包括:国家的监管政策对商业银行中间业务创新制约;经营理念和投入不足的制约;服务收费方面对发展中间业务创新的制约;垄断经营带来的低效对发展中间业务创新的制约等等。我国商业银行发展中间业务创新的优势主要有:我国商业银行存在巨大的行业优势,另外我国商业银行拥有着在中国国内其他银行无可匹敌的资本规模和市场规模,我国商业银行凭借其先入的经营优势,建立起的以政府为背景的银行声誉等等。而劣势则是我国银行管理水平及人均效率的低下,人力资源的缺失,服务理念的不足等等。论文的第四章就发展我国商业银行中间业务创新的方法提出自身的见解,主要包括中间业务经营理念创新的内容:需要提升中间业务在银行业务中的重要性;需要银行建立以客户为中心的服务理念;需要转变短期经营行为为长期经营策略等等。而中间业务经营机制创新的内容部分包括:国内商业银行需要努力推进中间业务产品创新,创新科技金融产品服务新体系,加大对高技术含量的中间业务产品创新的投入力度;需要完善中间业务的组织架构,完善培训考核机制;需要实施有效的营销策略等等。在中间业务定价创新方面,我国商业银行需要按业务产品的不同区分实行不同的定价策略。具休可以分为实施政府定价的传统类产品,实行自主定价的传统类产品,和实行自主定价的垄断类产品三大类来实施。在中间业务风险管理创新方面,我国商业银行应该完善中间业务风险管理的组织模式,健全中间业务内部控制体系,建立中间业务风险准备补充制度。在论文的第五章中,主要举出了两个中间业务创新的案例,其中一个是2011年上线的交通银行业务集中处理系统,利用信息技术与传统业务的结合,成立专门的业务处理中心,逐步的将前台业务处理模式后台化,释放出更的人力用于客户服务工作,集中化的处理模式同时更加高效,这种业务流程再造是未来一个时期我国商业银行进一步深化改革创新的核心内容,也是我国商业银行提升国际竞争力的重大实践之一,这项改革和创新应该结合我国国情和商业银行的实际加以稳步推进,有序的展开。另一个则是交通银行混业经营的案例,说明了银行特别是有实力的国有商业银行应该走金融集团化的发展道路,做大做强自己的,而事实上在监管逐步放开的背景下,大多数国有商业银行确实也都有这样的发展目标。论文最后的一章主要是本文的结论:我国商业银行中间业务的创新应该是多方面的创新共同组成,既包括最为直接的产品创新,又包括业务流程、管理机制方面的创新,当然还要包括风险预防方面的创新,只有将这些方方面面的创新点结合起在一起,才能使中间业务良性的发展下去。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Commercial banks’ assets business and liabilities business and intermediate business constitute the three pillar of its business. Intermediate business development started relatively late, but it is the most innovative and dynamic business form. The current trend of the world banking industry is financial globalization, financial information and deregulation, which resulted in an increasing fierce competition in the whole industry. The profits of Assets Business and liability business have been gradually squeezed due to the smaller interest rate differentials. In recent years’ development of China's commercial banks, we can obviously feel the great attention of the development of intermediary business, either from intermediate business inputs of domestic commercial banks or the banks launched various types of intermediate business products, intermediate business in China's commercial banks have a huge development, and achieved good results. In this context, the study of intermediary business development and innovation, better services in the development of China's commercial banks have a very important significance. The research object of this article is the study of innovation of China's commercial banks. Through research and elaboration of financial innovation and the intermediate business innovation theory, combined with the status quo of China's commercial banks’ intermediate business development and contrast the advanced experience of foreign commercial banks, we can point out China's commercial banks’ problems and deficiencies in the intermediate business development process, which proposed targeted measures and recommendations, the aim is the better development of intermediate business of commercial banks in China through innovation. In addition to the abstract, the thesis includes five chapters of content, respectively The first chapter outlines the research background and research purpose. Our domestic intensifying competition in the banking sector, gradually liberalized banking supervision and the coming interest rate marketing are the trend of times. The intermediary business development was presented to accelerate the momentum of development when the growth of assets and liabilities of the business are slowing down. The level of development of intermediary business has become an important measure of a bank's business philosophy, risk management capabilities, business innovation capability, market competitiveness operating soundness and operational efficiency standard. Therefore, the development of innovation of intermediary business has become an inevitable trend of banks. The purpose of this study is to better development of intermediary business, innovative forms of business, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of China's commercial banks to make more healthy development of China's commercial banks. The second chapter of the thesis gives a brief description on the intermediate business innovation concept and related theory. The third chapter developed the West Bank the intermediate business development status and the current development of the intermediate business of commercial banks in China, pointed out that China's commercial banks to develop intermediary business constraints, Strengths and weaknesses of the domestic commercial banks in China compared to other banks in the development of intermediary business innovation. The intermediate of the bank's business in the 1980s in the advanced countries got a rapid development, includes the following main features: Variety of intermediate business; combination of high-tech information technology and traditional banking; overall balance of intermediate business growth; customer service personalized. Domestic banks’ development characteristics of Intermediary business includes: the rapid development of the domestic bank intermediary business; proportion of intermediary business showed an increasing balance of power, but the overall proportion is still not high; severe domestic bank intermediary business products in homogeneity; among domestic banks low-tech business products, the backward technical means, pending further improve. Business development constraints in the intermediate of the commercial banks in China mainly include: the constraints of the country's regulatory policy on the intermediary business innovation; business philosophy and insufficient investment constraints; service charges constraints on the development of intermediary business innovation; inefficient monopoly operating the development of intermediary business innovation constraints. Main advantage of China's commercial banks to develop intermediary business innovation includes: huge trade advantage of China's commercial banks, other commercial banks in China has a scale unmatched in other banks in the Chinese domestic capital and market size, China's commercial banks operating advantages by virtue of its first-in , to establish the government as the background of the bank's reputation. The disadvantage is banks’ insufficient management level, and per capita low efficiency, lack of human resources, lack of service concept, etc. In the fourth Chapter, the paper put forward its own view on the development of intermediary business innovation of the commercial banks in China, including concept innovations of the intermediate business, upgrading the position of the intermediary business in the banking business; establishing customer-oriented strategy, replacing the short-term conduct of operations with the long-term one, and etc. Innovations of operational mechanism of the intermediary business consists of various aspects, including product innovation in domestic commercial banks, technical service provided system related with innovative financial products, promotion of high-tech intermediate innovation; building organizational structure of the intermediate business, accomplishing the training and promotion mechanism, appling effective marketing strategy. For domestic commercial banks, intermediate business is suitable to introduce discrimination pricing strategy, concretely, including traditional products priced by government, traditional products priced independently by commercial banks, and products priced monopoly by commercial banks. In terms of risk management innovation, domestic commercial banks should accomplish the risk management mechanism and organization structure, consolidation of internal risk control system and risk reserve replenishment system. In the fifth chapter, the paper cited two classical cases of the intermediary business innovation. The first one was the centralized business processing system applied by bank of communication in 2011, which was a combination of information technology and traditional business of commercial bank. The system introduced a control centre of business processing, which gradually turned the front office operation into the back office one, released manpower for client service work, meanwhile, the centralized mode accelerated the efficiency of business processing. Reengineering business process is the core of further development and reformation of commercial banks in China in the near future, and enhances their international competitiveness. Meanwhile, the reformation and innovation should be step by step and applied with China's national conditions and the real situation of commercial banks. The second one was the case of universal banking of the bank of communication. Banks, especially for those state-owned commercial banks, should take the development path of the financial group, to be bigger and stronger. In fact, with the gradual liberalization of bank regulatory, most of the state-owned commercial banks have this kind of development goals. Finally, we came to the conclusion: innovation of commercial banks’ intermediate business in China should be composed of various innovations, including direct product innovation, innovation in terms of business process management mechanisms, as well as risk warning and defense innovation. A combination of all those aspects mentioned above could contribute to a sustainable development of commercial banks’ intermediate business in China. | |
