| 中文摘要: | 当今信息化时代,全球经济一体化趋势加快发展,现代科学技术突飞猛进,产业结构调整步伐加快,国际竞争日趋激烈。这种竞争,说到底是人力资源能力的竞争,是人才数量和质量的竞争,也是人力资源开发水平和人才选用机制的竞争。世界各国正在纷纷采取措施,加大培养、吸引人才、开发人力资源的力度,增强核心竞争能力。企业的人力资源管理是企业管理中的一个重要部分,随着时代的进步,企业规模也逐渐庞大起来。企业员工培训是指企业为了适应内外部环境的不断变化,采用各种方式对企业的员工进行有目的、有计划的培养和训练的管理活动,其目的是使员工不断地更新知识,开拓技能,改进员工的动机、态度和行为,进而使员工的能力和素质得到不断的改进,保证有效提高员工的综合素质,使员工更好的为企业的发展做出贡献,只有不断的培训,使员工综合素质不断提高,企业才能够不断的增强自身的市场竞争力,才能实现可持续发展。本文以天津AD电子公司员工培训与发展现状为研究对象,分六章阐述人力资源管理中的员工培训与开发,第一章为导论,分别阐述研究目的及意义、研究内容、研究方法和研究框架,为整篇文章的论述奠定理论基础;第二章主要对人力资源开发理论的发展以及大型跨国企业员工培训与开发的实践内容做了较详细的概述,这为企业开展员工培训提供理论借鉴;第三章对天津AD电子公司人力资源开发中的员工培训与开发进行现状分析,第四章具体阐述其存在的问题及原因分析;第五章就天津AD公司的员工培训与开发工作存在的问题提出改善对策。第六章是结论与启示。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In today’s information times, the development trend of global economic integration is accelerating; Modern science and technology are advancing by leaps and bounds; Pace of industrial restructuring is accelerating; the international competition is increasingly fierce. This kind of competition is finally the competition for human resource capability is the competition for amounts and quality of talents and also is the competition for level of human resource development and talent retention. Countries in the world are taking measures to put greater efforts to train, attract and develop talents, and therefore enhance core competitiveness. Human resource management is an important part for a corporation’s management. With the progress of time, the scales of enterprises are gradually becoming huger. Enterprise employee training is that enterprise makes fostering and practice activities with purpose and plan by all ways to adapt internal and external changes. The purpose of the training is to constantly update employees’ knowledge, develop their skills, improve their motivation, attitude and behaviors, and therefore to continually improve employees’ ability and quality to make better contribution for enterprise development. Only through continuously training to improve the overall quality of employees, enterprises can continually enhance their market competitiveness to achieve sustainable development. This thesis designs Tianjin AD electronic enterprise’s employee training and development as research objective. It will elaborate employee training and development in human resource in the following 6 chapters. The first chapter divided into five sections is an introduction. It elaborates the research background and significance, research comments and development history for human resource management and employee training &development theory, signification and research method for employee training & development in human resource. It lays the theoretical foundation for the exposition of the entire thesis. Chapter 2 mainly makes concrete analysis on the practical contents of employee training and development in human resource management. The detailed contents include principles, types, procedures, methods and learning organization etc. They provide theoretical reference for enterprises to develop employee training. Chapter 3 makes current status analysis on employee training and development of Tianjin AD electronic company’s human resource development. Chapter 4 elaborates the existed problems and reasons analysis in detail. Chapter 5 proposes improving counter measurement to problems in Tianjin AD enterprise‘s employee training and development work. Chapter 6 is the conclusion and perspective. | |
