中文摘要:现今,全世界普遍面临着严峻的环境压力和能源危机。人类迫切的需要开发并利用新的更清洁、更经济、更环保的战略性替代能源,来应对环境恶化,保障能源安全。汽车产业的蓬勃发展在带动我国经济腾飞的同时也为我国能源安全和环境的可持续发展敲响了警钟。现阶段,为了应对气候环境恶化和石油资源的日趋枯竭,保障战略能源安全和生态环境的可持续发展,实现汽车产业又好又快的健康发展,我国政府相继推出多项促进新能源汽车产业大发展的鼓励政策,并提供大量资金作为政策顺利实施的保障条件。在各项政策的推动下,国内各家整车制造企业都纷纷联合动力电池企业,开发和研制新能源汽车。其中被广泛接受并被我国政府确定为现阶段新能源汽车的技术路线包括纯电驱动汽车和插电式混合动力汽车。车用动力电池系统作为新能源汽车,尤其是纯电动汽车和插电式混合动力汽车的主要动力驱动装置,被业界公认为解决新能源汽车普及的关键产品和技术。在众多的动力电池系统开发项目中,普遍存在项目周期短,开发难度高的情况。因此需要通过健全的项目管理,以及系统的项目管理的理论和方法,保证产品开发的时间、质量和成本。项目管理的效果将直接影响开发项目的成败;项目的沟通管理将决定项目管理的效果,是动力电池系统开发项目成功的关键。只有开发出满足新能源汽车整车要求的动力电池系统,才能在装备整车后,达到整车的性能、成本和时间目标,才可能被市场所接受,形成规模经济。这样,国家的新能源汽车发展战略才能够最终实现。本文研究的对象是新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目的沟通管理实践,通过对动力电池系统开发项目的沟通管理方法的探索,得出适合于新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目沟通管理的理论体系。由于该项目的开发是一项复杂而实践性很强的工作,因此本文研究的方法也是基于对实践的总结并结合项目沟通管理的一般性理论,归纳发展成为面向动力电池系统开发项目的沟通管理理论体系,再将此理论应用于指导实践进行验证和完善此方法论。本文从新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目管理的特殊性出发,结合管理沟通的八要素模型、约哈里窗口理论、质量功能展开方法等理论工具对新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目的项目组织结构、客户需求沟通管理、项目干系人间的沟通及影响因素等涉及项目沟通管理的各方面进行详细论述,并归纳出新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目沟通管理的整体理论框架。其中,通过对职能型项目组织结构和项目型项目组织结构在项目执行过程中的优缺点对比,并结合项目实际进行分析,得出了矩阵型项目组织结构适合于新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目的结论。本文将动力电池系统开发项目作为针对客户需求的实现过程,将质量功能展开工具运用到项目客户需求信息的导入和贯彻过程中,在项目的初始阶段和实施过程中将客户需求展开为项目各阶段目标,克服了项目团队与客户、项目团队内部的信息沟通障碍。然后详细阐述了项目团队与客户、项目团队内部、项目团队与管理者以及项目团队之间的沟通要素,并结合各影响因素,提出改善项目沟通效果的具体方法并归纳总结创造性的绘制出新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目沟通管理的整体框架图。本文结合项目沟通管理的一般性理论体系与动力电池系统开发项目的实施过程,通过对新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目沟通管理各过程要素的详细分析,分别从沟通规划、信息发布与控制、项目报告和行政总结四部分对动力电池系统开发项目沟通管理方法进行介绍。在沟通规划部分,依托全面的项目干系人识别,分别从重要度和支持度两个方面对干系人进行细致分析,并总结各干系人的沟通需求,最后生成针对不同干系人沟通需求的沟通管理策略。在信息发布与控制阶段,本文着重介绍了客户信息的发布与控制、项目团队内部信息发布与控制和项目团队外部信息发布与控制三方面内容,分别从信息发布的输入、方式方法和输出进行了详细论述。项目报告部分,重点讲述了项目绩效报告和项目终结报告的编写方法和注意事项,以及各报告归档与控制方法。在行政总结部分,本文通过对行政总结的输入、工具方法和输出的分别论述,介绍了行政总结工作的一般要素和注意事项。最后,本文将研究成果应用于动力电池系统开发项目实践中进行验证。该项目是天津力神电池股份有限公司与中国一汽股份有限公司合作开发的基于威志轿车的A0级纯电动轿车平台车型项目,力神公司负责动力电池系统的开发和试制工作。在项目实施过程中,依据对新能源汽车动力电池系统开发项目沟通管理研究得出的理论和方法,结合项目实际,对项目沟通规划、项目信息发布与控制、项目报告和项目行政总结等过程要素的执行情况进行介绍,并通过项目成果符合客户项目需求的说明,验证了本文所论述的动力电池系统开发项目沟通管理理论体系与方法的适用性,说明该理论具有一定的现实指导意义和应用价值。本文只对新能源汽车动力电池系统的开发项目沟通管理进行了研究,具有一定代表性,但是不能全面反映新能源领域项目沟通管理的特点。这一点有待进一步讨论和研究。新能源行业作为全世界关注的焦点,将迎来空前繁荣的发展机遇。同时,新能源项目的管理问题将成为管理学界关注的重点。项目沟通管理也将如同其对于现有其他项目一样,对新能源领域的项目管理具有重要的推动和保障作用。因此本文述及的项目沟通管理理论在纵向深入和横向推广方面还有很多问题有待今后研究。 
英文摘要:Nowadays, the world are faced with the serious environment pressure and energy crises. In order to cope with the environment deterioration and ensure the energy security, people are eagerly looking for and utilizing a new kind of substitute energy which is clearer, more economical and more environmental. The booming development of the automotive industry is bringing our country the economic advance as well as tolling the alarm of energy security and environment sustainability. In this period, in order to deal with the climate deterioration of the environment and the depleting of the oil resource, to ensure the strategic energy security and sustainable development of the ecological environment, to achieve the healthy development of the auto industry, the Chinese government launched a number of encourage policies to promote the development of new energy automotive industry providing a lot of money to ensure the smooth implementation of the policies. Under the promotion of these policies, various domestic vehicle manufacturers and power battery enterprises are getting together to research and development new energy vehicles. The main technical route which is widely accepted and determined by our government in this period are including the pure electronic vehicles and plug-in hybrid car. Vehicle power battery system as the main drive unit of new energy vehicles, especially of pure electronic vehicles and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, is recognized in the industry as the key products and technologies for the popularization of new energy vehicles. Among many projects of power battery system development, it is prevalent that the project cycle is short and the process is difficult. Only through the sound project management system and project management theory and methods, can we ensure the product development time, quality and cost be satisfied with the project target. The effect of the project management will directly affect the success of the projects, while the project communication management will determine the effect of the project management, which is the key to the success of the power battery system development project. Only under the satisfaction with the requirements of the new energy automobile, can power battery system be equipped the vehicle to reach the vehicle's performance, cost and time targets, which can be accepted by the market, and form the economies of scale. In this way, the country's new energy vehicle development strategy can be eventually achieved. The object of this thesis is the communication management practice in the new energy vehicle power battery system development project. Through the exploration of project communication management method in the development of power battery system, we obtained the theoretical system suitable for the new energy vehicle power battery system development project communication management. The development of the project is a complex and practical work, so the study method of this thesis is based on a summary of the practice and combined with the general theory of project communication management. Summarized the theory system of project communication management in the development of new energy vehicle power battery systems, which is applied to guide practice to validate and improve this methodology. This article is started with the characters of project management in the development of new energy vehicle power battery systems, using the ‘Eight elements theory of communication model’,‘Johari window’and ‘Quality function deployment tool’ to discuss in detail the project organizational structure of new energy vehicle power battery system development projects, communication management of client demand, project communication among stakeholders and influencing factors involved in all aspects of the project communication management. And it summed up the overall theoretical framework of communication management in the new energy vehicle power battery system development projects. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the functional project organization structure and the project-oriented organizational structure in the project implementation process and taking the actual project analysis into account, the article comes to the conclusion that the project organizational structure of matrix type is suitable for new energy vehicle power battery system development project. In this paper, power battery system development project is thought of the implementation process for the customer demand, and quality function development tools are applied to the inputting and carrying out of the customer demand information which is developed to the many phase targets in the initial phase of the project and the implementation process of the project and overcome the information communication barriers between project team and the client and within the project teams. And then it elaborate on the elements of the communication between the project teams and clients, within the project teams, between the manager and project team, combined with various influencing factors, proposes the specific methods to improve project communication effectiveness and draw out creatively new energy diagram of the overall framework of the car power battery system development project communication management. This paper synthesizes the common theory system of project communication management and the power battery system development project implementation process, detailed analyze the elements of communication management in the project of new energy vehicle power battery system development from communication planning, information distribution and controlling, project report and project termination. The four parts of the power battery system development project communication management methods are introduced. In the communication planning part, according to the identification of overall project stakeholders, respectively, from the degree of importance and support of stakeholders, the article carries out a detailed analysis and summary of each people's communication needs, and finally it generated communication management strategy for each stakeholder according to different communication needs. In the phase of information dissemination and control, the article focuses on the release of customer information and control, project team internal information dissemination and control and project team external information, respectively, from the input of information, ways and means, to output discussed in detail. The project report part focuses on project performance reports and end of project report preparation methods and precautions, as well as of each reporting archiving control method. When it comes to the executive summary, this article describes the general elements of the work of the executive summary and considerations of the executive summary of inputs, tools, methods and output respectively. Finally, the research results to verify the power battery system development project practice. The project is carried by Tianjin Lishen Battery Co., Ltd., and China FAW Corporation. The two companies cooperated to develop the Weizhi A0-class electric vehicle. Lishen is responsible for power battery system development and trial work. In the process of implementation of the project, based on the theories and methods derived from project communication management research of the new energy vehicle power battery system development, combined with the actual project, the process elements of project communication planning, release and control of project information, project reports and project executive summary are described in the implementation of the project. And the results in line with the instructions of the customer project needs, verifying the applicability of the communication management theory in the project of power battery system development. Project communications management of the development of the new energy vehicle power battery system only has a representative, but not fully reflect the characteristics of the field of new energy project communication management. This is subject to further discussion and research. New energy industry as the focus of world concern, will usher in unprecedented prosperity and development opportunities. At the same time, the management of new energy projects will be the focus of the management of academic attention. Project communication management will show its important function to promote and protect the project management of the projects in the new energy field as its other existing role in other projects. Project communication management theory discussed herein, there are many issues to be in vertical depth and horizontal promotion of future research.
