| 中文摘要： | 企业不断发展壮大必然面临扩张的抉择，多元化战略是一个重要的选项，但多元化发展战略并不是保证企业持续盈利的金规铁律，在多元化的探索中，我国的一些企业付出了惨痛的代价，而核心竞争力是企业发展的原动力，更是发展多元化的前提条件，只有紧紧把握好核心竞争力这个主旋律，适度发展多元化，才能演奏好多元化发展的乐章。本文以诺恩公司为例，采用对比分析、定量与定性相结合的研究方法，对诺恩公司的发展战略进行了研究，找出企业发展战略中存在的问题:多元化业务之间相关性不强；未及时修正多元化经营战略；多元化的发展战略导致企业资金紧张；原有的企业组织结构难以满足多元化发展的需求；新领域的拓展一定程度上影响了核心业务的发展。根据企业多元化发展的现状，对多元化发展战略调整的必要性进行了分析，对诺恩公司的核心业务——水产养殖业进行了发展背景分析和SWOT分析，明确了企业核心业务发展的内部优势、劣势和外部机遇与挑战。最后，在全面分析企业多元化发展现状、战略调整必要性和核心业务发展内外环境的基础上，提出了诺恩公司实施归核化发展战略的建议：解决企业发展面临的突出问题，打造核心竞争力；同时，实施适度相关多元化经营，及时剥离旅游业中非相关业务，采取措施发挥相关多元化的协同效应。本文主要以诺恩公司为典型企业进行深入剖析，对企业多元化发展战略进行了研究，提出了调整发展战略、打造核心竞争力、获得协同效应的建议和具体措施，对诺恩公司及其他相关企业的发展具有一定的参考价值。 关键词:诺恩公司，多元化，核心竞争力，归核化 | |
| 英文摘要： | As enterprises continue to grow at the same time it faces the choice of expansion, diversification strategy is an important option, but diversified development strategy does not guarantee sustained profitability the golden rule, the plurality of exploration, some enterprises in China have paid a price. Based on the NuoEn company as an example, the comparative analysis and the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, the NuoEn company development strategy undertook study, find out the problems existing in the enterprise development strategy of business diversification: correlation between strong; not timely correction of diversification strategy; diversified development strategies lead to tension enterprise funds; the original the organizational structure of the enterprise to meet the needs of the diversified development; the new domain development has influenced to a certain extent the original field of development, core competition ability is the motive force of the development of enterprise, development is multivariate of the prerequisite conditions, only to grasp the core competitiveness of the main melody, moderate diversification, can play well diversified development. Finally, based on the known company core business background analysis and SWOT analysis, puts forward the NuoEn company to build the core competitiveness of the specific measures: to speed up product development and expansion of enterprise technology; optimize and improve the industrial chain; establish the brand; strengthening the management of enterprises. At the same time. That enterprises obtain a plurality of synergistic effect of pathways: enterprise resource optimization; enhance the relativity; adjust the organizational structure of enterprises; to create a good corporate culture. In this paper, the strategy of diversification enterprise undertook an analysis, put forward to adjust development strategy, to build the core competitiveness, to obtain synergistic effects suggestions and concrete measures for the NuoEn company and other relevant enterprises development has a certain reference value.
