中文摘要：	汽车是由多个模块组装而成，而每一个模块又由若干个零部件组装而成，所以汽车的质量主要是通过汽车零部件的质量来保证的。在汽车的总体结构中，许多零部件都是关键部件，这些部件的质量直接影响汽车的舒适性、操作性甚至安全性。汽车零部件的开发是一个复杂的过程，而零部件的质量主要是通过零部件供应商在产品开发阶段进行保证的。因此, 加强产品设计开发阶段的质量管理,早期发现和排除潜在的质量问题, 是提高产品质量最经济、最有效的办法。以预防为主、减少浪费、通过待续改进不断满足顾客日益增长的需求是汽车供方质量管理观念的核心内容。在汽车行业中，产品开发阶段质量管理的主要工具是产品质量策划(Advanced Product Quality Plan, 简称APQP)。有效使用产品质量策划方法，能够在产品开发阶段最大程度地发现潜在问题，达到防患于未然的目的。 本文研究的目的是基于产品质量策划理论，以北京奔驰汽车公司为例，从沟通、节点控制和供应商审核三个方面对汽车零部件供应商产品开发过程中质量管理容易出现的问题进行分析，找出问题产生的原因，提出在汽车零部件应商产品质量策划过程中针对这些问题的解决方案和模型。本文采用案例研究的方法，建立了汽车零部件供应商质量策划应用的模型，文章认为一个高效的产品质量策划应该做到如下方面：通过建立有效沟通系统，使顾客和供应商之间的信息能够得到准确、通畅、及时的沟通。顾客通过在项目主要节点上进行全面、有效、及时的项目评审来保证项目节点得到准确及时地控制。有效的对供应商的审核能够帮助顾客发现供应商产品开发质量管理中存在的问题，从而能够提前做到风险预防。
英文摘要：	Automobile is assembled by some modules, and each module is assembled by several auto parts, so the quality of the car is mainly ensured by the quality of separate auto parts. Many auto parts are key parts in one car, these key parts always directly impact the comfort, operation, even to the safety of the car. The development of auto parts is a very complex process, and the quality of auto parts are ensured during the development stage by auto part suppliers. Therefore, enhance the quality control in the part development stage to realize or prevent the potential quality problem is the most economical and effective way for improving the quality of auto parts. Focus on prevention, reduce wasting and fulfill customer requirement through continue improvement is the core content of automobile OEM’s quality management concept. In the automobile industry, the main tool for quality management in the development stage is Advanced Product Quality Plan, APQP in abbreviation. Through using the quality plan method effectively, auto part suppliers or OEM can wake up to the potential quality problem in the most scale, so that the problem can be found earlier and resolved earlier. The study purpose of this article is base on the theory of quality plan, take the Beijing-Benz automobile company as the case, to analyze the problems of quality management during the auto parts development from three angles of communication, program gate control and supplier audit, dig out the root cause of these problem and set up the quality plan model of quality plan during parts development. Case study is used in this article to set up the model of quality plan in auto part development. As the conclusion of this article, following items should be done for a most effective product quality plan: Through setting up an effective communication system, the information between customer and supplier can be exchanged more exactly, smoothly and timely. Customer conduct all-round, effective and timely program review for the main program gate to ensure the gates of program is controlled exactly and timely. The effective audit to the auto parts supplier can help customer dig out the true problem that supplier have in the quality plan during part development process, so to reach the goal of forcasting the risk earlier.
