中文摘要: | 油墨产业作为我国国民经济中重要的基础日用化学工业,对日常生活的正常进行具有十分重要的影响。随着我国社会和经济的快速发展,油墨企业的竞争环境出现了新的变化,促使油墨企业的外部宏观竞争环境呈现了新的特征。油墨墨产业拥有自身特殊的产业结构,产业内五种基本竞争力量共同决定了油墨产业的竞争强度和获利能力。油墨企业为了在竞争中处于最佳地位采取相应的对策和行动,从而形成了油墨企业的产业竞争环境特征。油墨企业的竞争环境特征对油墨企业产生了重要的影响,形成了油墨企业关键成功因素的识别来源。随着油墨产业竞争的激烈程度日益加剧,一部分油墨企业举步维艰,甚至选择退出了油墨产业;而个别油墨企业却在激烈的市场竞争中得到了充分的发展,经营规模不断壮大,成长为具有产业代表性的标杆企业。个别油墨企业之所以在激烈的竞争中比其他油墨企业做得更好,最终成为具有产业业代表性的龙头企业,必然是具备了其竞争对手所不具有的或者更好的重要技术、能力和资产,即油墨企业的关键成功因素。油墨企业唯有把握住的关键成功因素,并且随着企业竞争环境和市场状况的变化而适当适时调整经营策略,就能够长久地保持竞争优势,在油墨产业内占据领先的地位,成为具有产业代表性的龙头企业。论文在阐述研究背景、研究目的、研究意义、以及所采用的相关理论和研究方法的前提下,首先通过结合油墨产业当前的发展现状,并运用PEST分析法和波特五力模型,分别具体分析和概述了油墨企业的外部宏观竞争环境特征和产业竞争环境特征,即油墨企业竞争环境特征,然后根据Leidecker 和 Bruno的观点,通过从油墨企业竞争环境特征的角度来识别油墨企业的关键成功因素,并且从顾客价值链的角度选取和确定油墨企业的关键成功因素。论文又以具有产业代表性的个案公司为例,采用个案研究法从具有产业代表性的个案公司的角度对油墨企业的关键成功因素做出进一步分析和验证,最终得出了本文的研究结论。 | |
英文摘要: | Ink industry is the important fundamental daily-use chemical industry in our national economy, and has the very essential influence on our everyday life. As the rapid development of our society and economy, environment of competition of ink industry presents new changes, which cause the external macro-environment of competition to appear new characteristics. Ink industry has the industry structure of itself, and five kinds of basic competition strength in the industry jointly determine the competition intensity and profitability. In order to seize the best position in the industry, ink enterprise takes corresponding countermeasure and action, which form the characteristic of environment of industry competition of ink enterprise. The characteristics of environment of competition of ink enterprise have significant influence on ink enterprise, which constitute the differentiation source of KSF of ink enterprise. As the competition among the ink industry is getting more and more intense, some ink enterprises are difficult to deal with business, and even exit the ink industry, while the particular ink enterprise has greatly developed in the intense competition, continually increased its scale of operations, and become the leading company that can represent the most advanced level of ink industry. The reason why the particular ink enterprise can overwhelm the other ink enterprises in the intense market competition and become the leading companies that can represent the most advanced level of ink industry, is that the particular ink enterprise certainly possesses the important technology, ability or asset, the so-called KSF of ink enterprise, which its competition opponents lack or have the inferior ones. Only if Key Success Factor is seized and business strategy is duly adjusted according to the environment of competition of ink enterprise and market situation, can ink enterprises establish and preserve the competitive advantage, seize the best position in ink industry, and become the leading company that can represent the most advanced level of ink industry. Under the premises that the research background, research purpose, research significance and adopted relevant theory and research method are depicted, the dissertation firstly describes the current development status of ink industry, and respectively analyzes and summarizes the characteristic of external macro-environment of competition and the characteristics of environment of industry competition of ink enterprise in detail by PEST and Porter’s Five Forces Model, namely the characteristics of environment of competition of ink enterprise. Then based on Leidecker and Bruno’s standpoint, the dissertation differentiates the KSF of ink enterprise from view point of the characteristics of environment of competition of ink enterprise, also selects and indentifies the KSF of ink enterprise from the view point of customer’s value chain. The dissertation uses the leading company as the example that can represent the most advanced level of ink industry, then further analyzes and verifies the KSF of ink enterprise by case study from view point of the leading company that can represent the most advanced level of ink industry. Finally, the research conclusion of the dissertation is reached. | |
