中文摘要: | 随着全球经济的复苏,各大电子产品制造商订单得以强劲恢复,半导体芯片的需求量也得到了增长。为了适应客户对半导体芯片需求的不断增长,各大半导体芯片制造厂商急剧扩张了生产产能。为了保证客户的需求能得按时满足,半导体芯片的生产过程就需要正常平稳连续有效的进行,这就需要生产过程有充足的原材料支持。作为保证原材料存储的部门,原材料库房在半导体芯片制造过程中的作用日益凸显。在原材料库房的管理过程中结合精益生产管理和作业标准化思想,为消除原材料库房中的浪费、提高资源利用率、发现潜在增长点都有重要的意义。 本文主要研究利用精益生产管理和作业标准化思想来对飞思卡尔公司原材料存储管理进行改进,进而确保企业生产的稳定连续运行。 首先,回顾了仓储管理、精益生产管理和作业标准化的相关理论,阐述了精益生产管理和作业标准化对原材料库房日常操作的影响。 其次,分析了半导体芯片制造的特点和与之相对应的原材料库房面临的问题,描述了飞思卡尔公司原材料仓库仓储管理改进的动因。再次,引入飞思卡尔原材料仓储管理的实际案例,通过案例实施过程中精益和作业标准化思想的引入,揭示了这两种思想相结合可以有效的促进和改进库房的管理,消除浪费、提高现有资源利用率,进而保障生产的稳定进行,提升企业的竞争力。 最后,展望了把精益生产管理、作业标准化、系统解决方案等多种管理知识相结合,对原材料仓储管理进行优化,使生产能积极主动地适应半导体芯片制造行业快速变动的需要。 论文研究的目的旨在通过对飞思卡尔原材料仓储管理的改进研究,为仓储管理改进提供可行的思路和建议,以有效地消除浪费、提高资源利用率,提高企业的竞争力。 | |
英文摘要: | With the recovery of global economic, the electronic products manufacturers start to get strong customer demand, they are eager for more semiconductor chips supporting. In order to meet the customers demand to semiconductor chips, the semiconductor manufacturers rapidly expanding their production capacity. In order to fulfill customer demand on time, chip production process need be executed normally, smoothly continuously and effectively, this requires enough raw material supporting. As the raw materials storage department, warehouse starts to take prominent role in semiconductor process. Combined with lean production management and operation standardization theory in raw material warehouse management optimization, it will contribute a lot to eliminate the raw materials storage waste, improve resource utilization and find potential growth point. This thesis studies raw material storage management improvement by using lean production management and operation standardization, and then ensures production smoothly run. Firstly, it introduces the warehouse management, lean production management and operation standardization related theory, this thesis expounds lean management and operation standardization’s affect to raw materials warehouse. Secondly, analysis of the semiconductor chip manufacturing characteristics and the problems encountered by raw materials warehouse the problems they, and describes freescale raw materials warehouse storage management improved agent. Thirdly, the introduction freescale raw materials warehouse management case, through the case, combine lean and operation standardization can effectively promote and improve warehouse management, eliminate waste, improve the utilization, and ensure the stability of production, improve the competitiveness of the enterprises. Finally, prospect the lean production management, operation standardization, system solutions and so on, they could optimize raw materials warehouse management. Through this way, it could adapt the rapidly change of semiconductor chip manufacturing industry. The thesis aims at studying freescale raw materials warehouse management improvement, to provide feasible ideas and Suggestions for improving warehouse management. It could effectively eliminate waste, improve the utilization rate of resources, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. | |
