中文摘要：	近年来，随着节能减排的国际大环境和全球经济一体化的发展，空调市场很多公司将面临被淘汰的命运，竞争日益激烈。为了能够在激烈的竞争中得以生存，除了在技术上不断地升级外，成本的控制也成为了很多大型跨国公司首选的竞争战略之一。对于大型制造业而言，OEM的生产方式不但可以节约很多企业现有的资源，同时可以创造更大的利润。G公司的一部分空调生产就是通过产品外包的方式来控制成本应运而生。如何使OEM的生产保证其产品的质量水准成为了在OEM外包过程中是否成功的重要因素，因此对于OEM工厂的质量管理与控制就显得尤为重要。本文基于上述问题，通过对G公司OEM工厂的质量问题的提出，结合全面质量管理的理论和ISO9000以及六西格玛工具的运用，从整体上对G公司OEM工厂的质量的问题进行对策研究。本文首先是对整体论文的研究背景和意义,研究目的等相关内容进行阐述，提出了本文的研究框架，从而导出对于G公司而言OEM进行的必要性，然后对OEM的概念和全面质量管理的理论进行说明，为整体论文内容的阐述提供理论依据。通过对G公司OEM工厂的基本情况的介绍说明，同时阐述了G公司OEM的质量特点和进行质量管理的必要性。通过上述内容的阐述，将OEM工厂生产的问题点根据全面质量的理论进行深刻剖析然后进行提出，最终运用全面质量管理的理念，将OEM出现问题的对策提出,最终将G公司OEM的问题点进行了解决。本文通过这些研究为提高OEM工厂的质量水准提供了理论和实际的依据，不但可以作为公司在OEM生产时遇到相同问题的解决方案的参考，而且对空调制造业本身出现的相类似的问题也能够起到一定的借鉴意义,当然更重要的是对空调的OEM工厂质量管理提供了一个比较有意义的参考。
英文摘要：	In recent years, with the development of energy conservation and emissions reduction in international environment and the integration with the global economy, many companies will face to lose their position in the air conditioning market, and competition is also increasingly fierce. For the survival in the intense competition, cost control will be one of the first competitive strategies in many large multinational companies except in the technology constantly upgrade. For the large-scale manufacturing industry, the OEM manufacture mode can not only save a lot of enterprise existing resources, but also create a great profit. G company reduce the cost through the product outsourcing. How to make sure the quality level of OEM production becomes the important factor in the OEM produce process. So the quality control and management is particularly important for the OEM factory. Base on the above mentioned problems, through the issue of OEM factory quality propose, combined with the total quality management and ISO9000 theory and use the six sigma tool, do the countermeasure research for the OEM factory’s quality issue. This paper firstly elaborates the background and significance; show the structure of this thesis, indicate the necessary of OEM, then describe the OEM and total quality management theory, supply the theory basis for the whole paper. This paper still introduces the basic situation of the OEM factory; meanwhile indicate G company’s product quality characteristic and the necessity of quality management. Sum up the above the content, analyze and explain the OEM factory quality issue base on the total quality management theory, make use of the theory of total quality management, put forward the countermeasure of the quality issue. This article provide the theoretical and practical foundation to improve the OEM factory quality issue, it can be the reference of the same OEM quality problem solving, and it also supply the content to how to control the quality issue of the air conditioner manufacture industry.
