| 中文摘要： | 随着中国的石油市场的彻底开放，我国的石化企业面临着前所未有的压力。中国的石化企业与国外石化企业相比，规模小、利润低，因此有不少人担心中国石化企业在国外石油巨头面前会不会彻底崩溃，他们不知道中国石化企业的核心竞争力在哪里，尤其是中国石化的老企业既面临着国外企业的竞争，又面临着国内新建石化企业的挑战。这些新企业规模大、设备先进、人员素质高且数量少，使老企业感到空前的恐惧。本文通过采用案例法、文献研究法以及管理调研的方法对青岛石化所处的产业竞争环境进行了分析，同时结合对青岛石化内部环境分析对其所面临的形势进行了SWOT分析，在此基础之上论述了青岛石化竞争优势的形成以及竞争优势的保障措施。本文对青岛石化实施低成本战略与差异化战略的必要性以及实施低成本战略后竞争力增强的体现等方面进行了研究。通过对其低成本和差异化战略的研究，希望达到三个目的：一是使人们知道中国石化企业的核心竞争力在哪里；二是青岛石化实施低成本战略的必要性和可行性；三是为青岛石化进一步完善低成本、差异化战略的实施提供指导，也为其他企业的战略制定提供借鉴。结果表明，青岛石化在实施低成本和差异化战略后，企业的竞争能力得到了明显增强，经济效益明显提到。同时为了进一步增强企业的竞争优势，本文从多个方面对青岛石化加工高酸原油竞争优势的延续以及保障提出了措施。 | |
| 英文摘要： | China's petrochemical enterprises are facing so much pressure. Comparing to the foreign enterprises, Chinese factories are the smaller scale and so on. So many people are worrying about the situation. The do not know that where is the Chinese enterprise core competitiveness. The scales of the new enterprises are big and have advanced equipments and they have fewer people. This circumstance let the old fell fear. Qingdao petroleum and chemical limited company with 50 years history is in the liCang district QingDao city Shandong province belonging to the Sinopec. It has many products and the major products are gasoline, diesel, petroleum coke, liquefied gas and so on. Comparing to the other factories, Qingdao petroleum and chemical limited company is inferiority in the scale, production technology and the management. This thesis studied the necessity of the lower cost and differential strategy with the method of environmental analysis, Michael porter’s five forces model and the analysis of theory with practice. We wanted to get three aims. The first let people discover the core competitions about the Chinese enterprise. The second study the necessity and available of Qingdao petroleum and chemical limited company to carry out the lower strategy. Finally, we want to give other enterprise some good advice to help them make plan. The results showed that the competition of the enterprise and economic benefits had been significantly enhanced. In order to further enhance the competitive, several suggestions were given. | |
