中文摘要：	目前，国内从事生物工程装备研发项目的企业数量相对较少。由于生物工程装备研发项目及其项目管理有其自身的特点，因此，有必要对这一类型研发项目的管理方法展开研究和探讨。通过从全过程角度对生物工程研发项目方法的概括和总结，可以用来指导其它企业从事此类项目的研发工作，避免研发过程中的风险和提高研发成功率。本文正是在以上背景下展开研究的。本论文的研究内容主要包括以下几个方面：首先，在本研究第二章对项目管理理论、项目生命周期理论、项目管理过程理论以及项目后评价理论进行了归纳和评析，为后续研究提供了坚实的理论基础和方法指导。其次，在本论文的第三章，笔者对HZT公司生物工程装备研发项目的独特性及其项目管理的独特性进行了分析，为充分认识这一类型研发项目的特点奠定了基础。随后，在本论文的第四、五和六章，笔者从项目全过程角度出发，对HZT公司生物工程装备研发项目的启动、规划、实施、控制、评估和终结等各阶段的项目管理方法进行了全面的归纳和总结，此部分的研究能够用来指导开展实践工作以及丰富与充实相关理论和方法。最后，笔者对本论文的研究结论进行了总结，并指出了本论文的研究不足以及未来的研究方向。
英文摘要：	At present, the number of domestic enterprises which engaged in biological engineering equipment R&D projects is relative small. Biological engineering equipment R&D projects and its management has its own characteristics, so, it’s necessary to research the management methods of this type of R&D projects. Summary the management method of biological engineering equipment R&D projects from the total process, which can be used to guide other companies’ research work, and avoid the risk of development process and increase R&D success rate. This research is start based on the above research background. The contents of this research include the following aspects. Firstly, in the second chapter of this research, we introduced project management theory, project life cycle theory, project management process theory and project evaluation theory; this research can make us understanding the characteristic of this type of R&D projects. And then, in the third chapter of this thesis, the author analyzed the unique natures of HZT company’s bio-engineering and equipment R&D project and management, which laid the foundation for understanding the characteristic of this type of R&D projects. Subsequently, in the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters of this thesis, the author summarized the start-up phase, planning phase, implementing phase, control phase, evaluation phase and ending phase of the project management methods of HZT company’s bio-engineering and equipment R&D projects from the whole process perspectives, the research of this part can be used to guide practical work and enrich the theory and methods. Finally, the conclusions of this thesis, the author summarized and pointed out the lack of this research and future research directions.
