中文摘要:随着全球经济的快速发展,企业的竞争变得越来越激烈。企业战略制定的周期越来越短,战略制定与战略实施的相互作用、相互依赖性越来越强,企业的战略实施和战略执行已经成为企业永续经营、长青发展的关键。在此背景下,基于平衡卡战略绩效管理、战略和薪酬管理思想,为提高澳柯玛公司的持续经竞争力,构建系统的战略实施体系,拟运用战略管理、平衡积分卡绩效管理、薪酬激励管理工具、模型等相关技术方法,对澳柯玛战略体系构建进行了应用研究,构建了系统的战略实施体系。主要研究工作如下:(1)系统的研究了战略管理、平衡计分卡方法和企业绩效及薪酬管理相关理论。阐述和分析了战略管理、平衡计分卡理论的内涵、发展历程和实践现状,并进一步研究企业战略实施过程的实践理论、基本工具和模型方法应用。(2)分析了澳柯玛公司战略实施存在的问题。详细介绍和分析了澳柯玛公司的基本情况及战略实施现状,并阐述了公司战略实施中缺乏系统的战略实施体系的主要问题。 (3) 给出了澳柯玛公司基于战略管理、平衡计分卡绩效管理的建立战略管理体系设计方案。结合公司存在的问题,主要从战略分解、绩效管理、薪酬激励打通从战略到执行的全流程,建立了建立了一套完整的可操作性很强的战略实施体系,实现战略落地。 (4) 给出了保障澳柯玛公司实施战略实施体系实施执行的监控和薪酬激励体系。阐述了实施的效果、实施后存在的问题及今后努力的方向,对其他相关企业具有很好的学习与借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:Under the rapid development of global economy, the enterprise competition has become more and more intense. Enterprise strategy formulation cycle has become shorter and shorter, strategy formulation and implementation interact on each other, interdependence has become stronger and stronger, and enterprise strategy implementation and execution have become the key to sustainable management and dynamic development. Under this circumstances, in order to improve persistent competitive capability of AUCMA company, structure scientific strategy implementation system, based on the idea of balanced scorecard strategic performance management,strategy and salary management , this article carries on application research into construction of the strategic system of AUCMA company, and structured scientific strategy implementation system by using related technical methods including strategy management,balanced scorecard performance management,salary incentive management tool and model etc. Main research work is as follows: (1) This article carries on systematic research into related theories of strategy management,balanced scorecard methods,enterprise performance and salary management. It expounds and analyzes strategy management, balanced scorecard theory connotation、development history and current situation of practice .What’s more, it makes further study on practice theory ,basic tool and model method application of enterprise strategy implementation process. (2)This article analyzes on the problems existing in strategy implementation process of AUCMA company. It makes detailed introduction and analysis of the general circumstances and present strategy implementation situation of AUCMA company, and also elaborates the main problems caused by lacking of scientific strategy implementation system in the strategy implementation process. (3) This article provides design schemes of constructing strategy management system on the basis of strategy management, balanced scorecard performance management. Combining the existing problems of AUCMA company, it gets through the whole process from strategy formulation to implementation from the aspects of strategic decomposition、performance management and salary incentive, establishes a set of complete,strong operable strategy implementation system and realizes strategy landing. (4)This article puts forwards the design scheme of supervisory control and salary incentive system to guarantee the enforcement and execution of strategy implementation system of AUCMA company. It describes in detail the implementation effects、 existing problems afterward 、the direction of future efforts, and plays a good role from which other related enterprises could learn and draw lessons.
