| 中文摘要: | 本文首先对研究高端继续教育的现实背景进行了分析和阐述,提出了改善高端继续教育的校友服务水平的的重要意义。基于这样的现实背景,文章首先对与服务、服务营销以及价值共创的相关概念和理论进行了回顾,为后文的研究奠定了必要的研究基础。随后,本文对高端继续教育的整体发展现状和面临的问题进行了分析,指出目前的高端继续教育中存在的主要问题,主要表现在高端继续教育行业普遍缺乏校友服务的意识,传统的高等教育之间存在着的巨大差异,以及目前行业整体的成本上涨压力大。然而,随着高端继续教育的地位日益突出,高端继续教育必然会在未来有着进一步的跨越式的发展。经过本文的分析预测,未来的高端继续教育主要的发展趋势将体现在三个方面,即课程设置更加多样化、不同的高端继续教育机构的办学更加特色化以及与国际上的交流更加频繁。为了更好的为其校友提供更好的服务,精确的把握校友的需求,本文对高端继续教育的接受者进行了必要的分析。接受高端继续教育的学员之所以会继续接受教育,主要是因为他们存在对于与自身社会地位和社会声望相类似的一群社会精英之间的交流需求,掌握新的知识和方法的需求,合作的需求以及自身在社会地位、声望以及情感上的成长性需求。此外,本文还对海外的其他高端继续教育机构的办学经验进行了总结,进一步加深对于校友的需求的了解。在理论回顾以及相关分析的基础上,在以校友为中心、不断的改进自身的服务质量以及同校友之间互相学习的原则指导下,本文提出了改进高端继续教育机构校友服务水平的相应策略,主要体现在三个维度,即情感促进策略,主要是满足校友的情感性需求,组织策划一些慈善活动,帮助他们回报社会;有形展示促进策略,主要是举办校友企业的“展示会”,突出“同学模式”的重要作用;过程促进策略,主要是举办一些高端的论坛以及成立一些相应的研究所,从而提高高端继续教育机构校友的满意度水平。最后,本文对全文写作的创新点进行了总结,并且指出了在这个研究中存在的不足之处以及改进意见,为未来进一步进行高端继续教育机构的校友服务方面的研究指出了方向。 | |
| 英文摘要: | First, the thesis introduces the realistic background of the high-end continuing education and puts forward the significance of improving the alumni service level of high-end continuing education. Based on the introduction, the thesis reviews the related theories for later study. Subsequently, the thesis analyzes the development of high-end continuing education and points out the main problems. There are so many differences between the high-end continuing education and traditional one. However, with the increasingly prominence of high-end continuing education, high-end continuing education in the future will have further rapid development. The major development trends of future high-end continuing education will reflected in three aspects, that is, curriculum more diversified, different high-end continuing education institutions more and more characteristic, and the international exchange more frequent. In order to provide better alumni service and grasp of the needs of alumni accurately, the thesis analyze the characteristics of the students. The reason why students choose to receive education mainly because they want to communicate with social elites, the need of acquiring new knowledge, and the need of cooperating with each other. In addition, this thesis summary the overseas experience of other high-end continuing education institutions. Then, this thesis puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve service level of high-end continuing education, including the emotional promotion strategies, physical evidence and process promotion strategy. In order to keep the effectiveness of the strategies, this thesis also gives some points about guarantee. Finally, this thesis summarizes the innovation points of full text, and points out the inadequacies in this study as well as improvements, which points out direction for future research on alumni service of high-end continuing education institutions. | |
