中文摘要：	国有经济是我国国民经济中的骨干成分，是中国共产党执政的重要经济基础。随着我国改革开放的不断深化，作为我国重要改革领域的——国有企业改革也逐步向纵深推进。随着西方经济学理论和管理理论的引进和日益被人们接受，股份制改造、整体上市、建立现代企业制度成为国有企业改革的必然方向。在企业产权多元化和现代企业制度建立的同时，国有企业党组织建设和政治核心作用的发挥却受到了一定程度的冲击和弱化。如何保证国有企业党建工作适应国有企业改革发展的新形势、新环境，在逐步适应中改进，在不断改进中创新，这是涉及能否建立完善有中国特色现代企业制度、稳固中国共产党执政地位的重大问题。本文利用党建理论、公司治理、管理学、组织行为学等理论和知识，从分析国有企业在国民经济中的性质和功能着手，全面梳理了国有企业党建工作的理论和法律依据，对国有企业党建工作融入企业管理的内涵、具备的优势、存在的问题、面临的机遇和挑战进行了全面分析，论述了国有企业党组织在企业中的工作宗旨、角色和任务，最终提出了国有企业党建工作融入企业管理的思路、途径，以及须坚持的原则和方法，指出了企业党建工作须努力实现的四个转变：即由权力型党建向魅力型党建转变，由围绕型党建向融入型党建转变，由指挥型党建向服务型党建转变，由制度型转变向机制型党建转变。
英文摘要：	The state-owned economy is the backbone of composition of national economy in China, also is an important economic basis of the Chinese Communist Party in power. With the deepening of China's reform and opening-up policy, the reform of SOE had gradually promoted to further deeply as one important part of reform fields. Along with the bring-in of western economy theory and management theory and the adoption by people, stock system reform, whole appears on the market, the establishment of a modern enterprise system become inevitable direction of the reform of SOE. Within the proceeding of enterprise property rights pluralism and modern enterprise system set-up, the party construction in SOE and the playing of political core role subjects to a certain degree of impact and weakening. How to ensure the party construction of SOE to adapt to the new situation, the new environment in reform and development of SOE, in gradually adaptation to improve, in the continuous improvement to innovate, this is a major problem related to the establishment of a perfect modern enterprise system with China characteristics and stable ruling status of the CPC. Using of the theory and knowledge in Organizational Behavior, Modern Company Management etc, from the analysis of the property and function of SOE in the national economy, this paper overall reviews the theory and legal basis of Party construction in SOE. Also analyzes thoroughly the connotation, advantages, problems, opportunities and challenges about the Party construction in SOE integrating into the enterprise management. Discusses the purpose, role and task of Party organization in SOE. Finally puts forward the ideas, approaches, and principles and methods about Party construction in SOE integrating into the enterprise management and Points out the enterprise Party construction must strive to achieve four changes, i.e: by a powerful type of Party construction changes into a charismatic Party construction, by a surrounding type Party construction changes into a integration type Party Construction, by a command type Party construction changes into a service type Party construction, by a system type Party construction changes into a mechanism type Party construction.
