| 中文摘要: | 在物质文明高度发展,知识、信息爆炸,经济全球化的今天,市场竞争更为突出。随着改革开放,外资企业携带着先进的管理思想与理念、技术与资金进入中国,中国企业必须提升核心竞争力才能在国际化的经营浪潮中得以发展壮大。而企业文化则是核心竞争力所在,是企业管理最重要的内容。在企业文化建设过程中,企业领导人既是企业的核心,又是企业文化建设的主要推动者。因此企业领导人心理素养的提升则成为企业文化建设发展的关键。研究表明,刻意打造的企业文化并没有使企业基业长青。相反的,作为生产力第一要素的“人”,即使在获得了大量的金钱、物质、满足的同时,依然有可能存在懈怠、不思进取、甚至是成为原来培养他成长的企业的竞争对手。在这样的背景下,创新思考以道为本的管理哲学,探讨提升以道为本的企业家心理素养,对企业文化建设的影响与意义显得尤为重要和迫切。本文首先对企业文化建设及以道为本的管理哲学的理论基础、研究方法和进展做了评价,发现缺乏企业领导人心理素养与企业文化建设的影响相联系的系统研究,导致现有研究未能从企业领导人心理素养角度给出对企业文化建设的对等建议;其次,分析了以道为本的企业领导人心理素养推动下的企业文化建设的特性和内涵,并从一般性企业领导人心理素养与以道为本心理素养对相应的企业文化建设的影响进行探讨;最后,以无锡市华灿化工有限公司的企业领导人心理素养对企业文化建设的影响为案例,从以道为本创新视角分析了企业领导人心理素养对企业文化建设的影响。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In nowadays, the high development of material civilization, the knowledge information explosion, economic globalization, the market competition is more outstanding. Along with reformation opening, the foreign enterprise capital carries the advanced management ideas, technology and capital into China. China enterprise must enhance their core competitiveness to development in international business. While the corporate culture is the core competitive, is the most important content in the enterprise management. In the corporate culture construction process, the enterprise leader is not only the core of the enterprise, but also is the main drivers of the corporate culture. So the psychological quality ascension of the enterprise leaders will be the key to the development of the corporate culture construction. Studies show that, deliberately create corporate culture and not make the enterprise inheritance forever. On the contrary, as the first elements of the productive forces ”person”, even in made a lot of money, materials and satisfaction, may still exist slack, shiftless, what is more, even became the rivals of the original enterprise which training he growth. In this background, it’s especially important and urgent to innovate thinking the Taoism management philosophy and the meaning of the corporate culture construction. This thesis made evaluation to the research method and progress of corporate culture construction and the foundation of the Taoism management philosophy. Find the relationship between the lack of the psychological quality of the enterprise leaders and the influence of the corporate culture construction. Second, analyzes the characteristics and connotation of the corporate culture construction under the enterprise leaders with the Taoism of psychological quality. And discuss the influence of the usual psychological quality of the enterprise leaders and the Taoism of psychological quality of the enterprise leaders to the construction of the corporate culture. Finally, the develop of the psychological quality of the enterprise leaders of WUXI HUACAN Chemical CO.,LTD, and the influence of the construction of the corporate culture, under The innovation view of Taoism. | |
