| 中文摘要: | 二十一世纪,中国的企业将加入全球经济一体化的浪潮,进入全面竞争的时代。食品企业作为制造业中的一员,兼具制约传统企业发展的共性和个性问题。自古以来就有“民以食为天”这一说法,这就决定了食品工业的独特地位。改革开放30多年以来,食品业取得了巨大的成就,但是总体水平仍然比较低,特别是与其他发达国家相比还是有很大差距的,比如:整个食品产业结构不合理;食品企业总体来说规模比较小,生产集中度不够高;产业正处在成熟时期,产品同质化现象比较严重;企业竞争非常激烈;由于成本压力,部分企业甚至出现了以牺牲消费者健康、利益为代价的恶性潜规则现象。 因此,怎样提升竞争力,如何进行有效的战略管理是六味斋公司急需解决的问题。本文共分为五章:第一章为绪论,介绍选题背景和研究意义、逻辑思路以及相关理论的概述。主要从国内主要战略实践、国内主要理论研究、企业战略的必要性以及战略和相关概念的阐述三方面进行分析。结合中国中小型食品企业的实际情况,阐述了中国企业战略管理的发展过程及趋势展望。第二章为六味斋公司发展环境分析。第三章为六味斋公司发展战略的选择,主要从六味斋前期战略管理问题分析、制定战略的原则及公司战略定位、六味斋发展战略的分解等方面进行了详细论述。第四章为六味斋公司发展战略的实施。从建立目标管理体系、目标管理的实施、发展战略的实施措施等方面进行了分析研究。第五章为结论。 | |
