| 中文摘要: | 在企业生产日益复杂,生产装备成为企业生产基础的今天,企业设备资产管理开始向现代化方向发展,即设备管理全员化、计算机化、集成化、网络化和智能化。青岛钢铁控股集团有限公司是典型的资产密集型企业,生产设备的稳定性直接影响成品的生产能力和生产质量。在当今严峻的市场环境下,把握降本增效是提高企业经济效益的重要基点。提高设备资产管理水平,降低维护维修费用、库存成本,已成为青钢集团生产管理工作的重点。本文以青钢集团设备管理创新为出发点,针对目前设备管理中存在的多头管理、基础数据不完整、资源不共享、备品备件库存过高和维修费用过高等实际问题,基于EAM企业资产管理的思想,采取BPR实施和EAM实施相结合的方法,对青钢集团原有设备管理体系进行组织结构调整、业务流程重组、实施EAM信息系统,改进了青钢集团设备资产管理的模式。本文共分五章。第一章介绍了课题的研究背景、现状及意义,回顾了EAM的相关理论,介绍了本课题的研究方法。第二章介绍了青钢集团采用EAM的动因以及实施EAM的关键因素。重点是第三章和第四章。第三章阐述了在BPR、EAM思想的指导下,对青钢集团设备资产管理进行业务流程的重组。第四章阐述了EAM系统的实施步骤,在流程重组的基础上进行需求分析,提出了基于Oracle EAM软件系统的解决方案。第五章介绍了在BPR和EAM理念的指导下,青钢设备资产管理模式的改进,并给出了本课题的研究结论以及展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Nowadays given the fact that manufacturing process getting more complicated and production outfits becoming the fundamental of enterprise production, the development of the equipments and assets management is modernization-oriented, which is overall, computerized, integrated, networking and intelligent. Qingdao Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (Qingdao Steel) is a typical assets-intensive enterprise and the production capability and quality will be impacted directly by the operating stabilization of the manufacturing equipments. It is important to reduce operation costs and increase economic benefits in the tough market environment. It has become the work focus of the production management for Qingdao Steel to improve the equipment and assets management, and reduce the maintenance and repair expenses and the inventory cost. Starting from the equipment management innovation based on the practical problems such as multiple management, incomplete fundamental data, resources isolation, extra inventory of spare parts and high repair expenses in Qingdao Steel, the article reorganizes the original equipment management system, reforms the business processes, implements EAM information system to improve the management mode of the equipment and assets of Qingdao Steel by combining the implementation of BPR and EAM according to the principle of EAM. The article is made up of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which explains the background, the current situation and the significance of this research subject, introduces research methods, implementation measures. The second chapter introduces the key points of the equipments and assets management processes reform in Qingdao Steel, including reorganizing the structure, identifying the business processes, designing the target process, describing the job responsibilities. The third chapter introduces the key processes of EAM implementation, analyses the system demands based on business processes reform results, and provides EAM software system solutions. The fourth chapter constructs the new equipments and assets management mode for Qingdao Steel through the implementation of EAM. conclusion and prospect. | |
