中文摘要:随着全球经济一体化的加深,市场竞争更加激烈,企业面临的生存压力越来越大,竞争方式也由企业与企业之间的竞争,转变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争。基于供应链的竞争模式要求把包括核心企业及上下游企业在内的整个供应链看成一个实体,以管理信息系统为依托,全面系统地规划、组织、协调和控制整个供应链中的商流、物流、信息流、资金流等活动,以提高整个供应链的竞争优势。这对整个供应链内的企业协同发展及整体运作的要求越来越高,为此,世界上许多企业在日本丰田公司推行精益生产方式成功的基础上,纷纷导入精益生产方式,也大多取得了了较好的效果。为适应精益生产的需要,将精益生产思想延伸到了采购领域,形成了精益采购。它的核心思想是准时化采购(Just In Time,简称“JIT”),即在正确的时间,把正确的物资,按照规定的质量,把正确的数量送到正确的地点,杜绝采购中的高价格和一切浪费。价值流管理是企业实施精益改进的一种科学方法,通过绘制价值流图,进行价值流图分析,区分企业的增值和非增值活动,发现并消灭浪费、降低成本、减少库存,能提高产能和减少运作成本,使顾客能够以尽可能低的成本和尽可能短的时间获取产品,赚取更大边际利润。本论文搜集国内外相关资料,运用理论分析与实证分析、定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,以A公司精益采购作为研究对象,以价值流理论作为方法,根据精益生产和供应链管理理论,对A公司精益采购价值流进行了分析与规划,提出了A公司基于价值流管理的精益采购管理实施方案。通过研究得出,延长价值链,推进精益供应链采购管理机制建设,在A公司是切实可行的,也是实现公司战略目标的重要支撑,但是对于A公司来说,还需要持续不断的改进。 
英文摘要:With the global economic integration deepen, market competitions become more and more fierce, enterprise is facing more and more pressure of survival.Competition is transferred to that between supply chains from that between companies.Based on the supply chain competition model, it is requiered to take the whole supply chain as an entity, including the core enterprise and upstream and downstream enterprises, depend on the management information system as the basis, comprehensively and systematically plan、organize、coordinate and control of the whole supply chain business stream, logistics, information stream, capital stream and other activities, for the purpose to improve the competitive advantage of the entire supply chain, it is requested more and more high that all enterprises in the entire supply chain developed collaboratively and operate overally. Therefore, many enterprises in the world implement lean production methods after a Japanese company “Toyota” successfully implement the lean production,mostly achieved better effect. In order to meet the needs of lean production,make the lean production thinking extend to the purchasing area,lean procurement was formed. Its core thought is punctual procurement ( Just In Time, referred to as" JIT" ), i.e., at the right time, the right materials, the qualified quality, put the right amount to the right place, to eliminate the procurement of high price and all waste. Value stream management is a scientific method for enterprises to implement lean improvement,by drawing the value stream map, making value stream analysis, distinguishing those value-added and non-value-addedactivities of the enterprise's, find and eliminate waste, reduce costs, reduce inventory, improve productivity and reduce operating costs, so that customers can obtain the product and earn more profit margins at the lowest cost and shortest time . This paper ,taking company A as the research object, analyze and manage the procurement and value stream of this company, put forward a lean procurement management plan for it, based on the value stream management,by collecting relevant information at home and abroad, by using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, with value stream theory as a method, based on the theory of lean production and supply chain management. As a result of reserch, it is find to be feasible and an important support of the realization of the strategic objectives of the company to extend the value chain, to promote management mechanism construction of lean supply chain procurement, but company A needs to improve continuously.
