| 中文摘要: | 本文是针对建筑施工总承包企业青岛一建集团进行的竞争战略研究,本文所使用的理论基础是波特的竞争战略理论和核心竞争力理论。使用的工具有波特五种力量模型,价值链分析,资源和能力分析,PEST和SWOT等工具。在产业环境分析中运用波特五种力量模型的方法,在外部环境分析中运用PEST的方法,在内部环境分析时,首先对产品和价值链的优势劣势进行全面的剖析,再结合集团的实际情况,通过对环境关系因素的分析和各种工具的使用,以找到符合集团发展的可行性战略。在对集团竞争战略的进行选择时,本文运用波特竞争理论进行分析,在集中化与广泛化,低成本与差异化当中做出准确的选择。在确定竞争战略以后,再给出相应产品对市场的系统对策。价值链层中,在对价值链进行细分的基础上,对十种最重要的价值链,运用驱动因素方法列表分析,形成构建价值链的系统对策,结合细分价值链中重要的环节和细分价值链驱动因素分析中体现的改进重点,本文对构建价值链的对策做了更深一步的详尽阐述。同时,对集团的资源和能力也进行了详细的分析,根据竞争战略的需要,突出了贡献价值大的重点资源和能力的提升,以使集团的自有资源和能力能够与竞争战略更好的结合,以满足集团日益发展的各项需求。本文通过分析和研究,希望有助于青岛一建集团在目前战略定位和企业运营管理中发现实际所存在的问题,产生问题的原因。通过对具体问题解决对策的理论分析和论证,找到今后改善和提高集团运营的有效手段,从而不断提升青岛一建集团的市场竞争力。相信本文的观点和对策,能够为青岛一建集团的战略实施和长远发展提供一定的借鉴参考价值。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Based on Porter's competitive strategy theory and the theory of core competency, this thesis researched the competitive strategy of Qingdao No.1 Construction Group Co., Ltd. This thesis uses the Porter's five forces model, value chain analysis, resources and capacity analysis, PEST and SWOT and other analyse tools. When the writer analyse industry environment we can use the Porter's five forces model.Using PEST analysis method when the industry environment is outside general environment. In the internal environment analysis, first to the product and the value chain advantage inferior position to conduct a comprehensive analysis, combined with the group 's actual situation, through to the environmental factors and the use of various tools, to find the feasibility of group development strategy. In the group competition strategy selection ,We use Porter’s theory and make a clear choice from differentiation strategy and low cost. After identificating the value chain, we analyse economic and technical characteristic, analysing the list of the ten most important basic one by one. Based on subdividing the value chain, we use the list of the value chain drivers in order to construct the value chain analysis of systematic measures. Combined with an important link subdivide the value chain and the driving factors in the analysis, This thesis mainly embodies improvements to construct the key value chain countermeasure further elaborate. At the same time,according to the need of competitive strategy, we analyzed emphatically the group resources and ability, and reinforced key resources and ability and created suitable for the development of enterprises needs. I hope it is useful to the strategic positioning and current management operating of Qingdao No.1 Construction Group Co., Ltd. And also I hope that this thesis is useful to discover the main problems and deep-seated reasons which exist in current strategic positioning and current management operating of Qingdao No.1 Construction Group Co., Ltd. So we can find the effective promoting and enhancing measures by solving the specific countermeasure theoretical analysis and argument. If that, the competition of Qingdao No.1 Construction Group Co., Ltd will be enhancing continuously.I Hope that the research results of this thesis can play a reference for the strategy implementation and long-term development of Qingdao No.1 Construction Group Co., Ltd. | |
